Accord Highland Ooty

We had an awesome stay at Accord Highland, Ooty! The resort offers stunning views of the hills — waking up to that scenery was truly refreshing. Our kids absolutely loved the play room, which kept them entertained throughout the stay. The surroundings are peaceful, and we even got to spot some monkeys around, which added a fun touch to the experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambience made our family trip really memorable. Definitely a great choice for families visiting Ooty!

We enjoyed our two nights stay there. The views, staffs , cleanliness*, hospitality everything about the hotel was great. Nice restaurant on site . Food prices were reasonable and the portions were decent. Nice spread of breakfast buffet which comes with the world's best idly ( must try ). Activity coordinator was great , we with the other guests enjoyed the games and socialized with other guests. Negative:( also a request to management) Please get rid of the rats poking their heads out of the hut at Tea kadai. When our high tea was served , there were 3-4 rats playing hide and seek under the counter which was not only disgusting but also against FSSAI norms. Overall a great stay , would have given 5 stars whole heartedly if the rats issue wasn't there.

Had a wonderful stay at Accord Highland Park Ooty! Rithu and her team were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The hospitality and personal touch made all the difference. The place itself is quiet and peaceful, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Accord Highland, Ooty for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was truly an awesome and unforgettable experience. Right from the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service stood out – warm, prompt, and thoughtful in every detail.||One of the highlights of our stay was getting to meet the Director of Accord Highland Resort, Mr. Arjun. He is an extremely humble and approachable person, which added a personal touch to our entire experience. It’s rare to see someone in his position connect so genuinely with guests.||I would also like to give a special mention to my favourite couple, Satish and Deepa, through whom we came to know about this resort. Thanks to them, we discovered this gem of a place, and we had such a wonderful time together making memories here.||From the scenic location and cozy ambience to the delicious food and attentive staff, everything about Accord Highland made our trip memorable. This is not just a resort; it’s an experience that we’ll cherish for a long time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ooty.

While booking it was just another hotel. Accord provided us with an experience we never expected. Views from hotel are mind blowing. All the Staff is very caring, provided immediate assistance be it housekeeping or room service from restaurant. Special thanks to Event manager Sivakumar who personally made our stay wonderful, my kid enjoyed a lot learning various games from him. Food is awesome, we stayed for 2 days and had all our meals there. Breakfast buffet has many options. Things to note : If you are booking for elders, make sure they can climb atleast 1 flight of stairs, there are no lifts. As much as we loved bathtub, there should be facility of bucket and mug. Its useful for kids.

We stayed here recently and had a decent experience overall. The rooms were neat and clean, but there was no view from them. Despite the website mentioning bathtubs in rooms, not every room had one, so that was a bit disappointing. Room service was slow but the staff was polite and the service itself was good. The complimentary breakfast was just okay, nothing exceptional. However, the highlight of the stay was the common dining area — the view from there is absolutely stunning! They also have a gaming room. Beautiful all-around views, which was a great bonus. A good stay if you're looking for clean rooms and great common spaces.

We had a truly memorable 2-day stay at Accord, where we had booked 5 rooms for my child’s first birthday celebration.||The hospitality extended by all the hotel staff was exceptional – everyone was polite, courteous, and very supportive throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and the complimentary evening tea and snacks were delightful.||We were also provided with a complimentary hall for the birthday celebration, which added immense value and made the occasion even more special.||I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Manikandan for arranging the hall and ensuring smooth coordination of all arrangements. A special thanks as well to Mr. Arun (BOSS of Accord) for the thoughtful gesture of providing a surprise cake for my child’s birthday.
