Sterling Ooty - Fern Hill

I have been here with my family The view from the room was awesome. The room was clean. Service was so bad that they could not manage the guest. For in-room service we needed to call almost 5 times to order something then the reception did not receive so finally I decided to get down and asked him to service which we needed. Also for vegetarian food quality is not up to the mark in buffet breakfast and dinner. Vegetarian options are less. The rooms and view are awesome. Rest it is average.

The check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This property offers top-notch amenities, and the breakfast was delicious. Most of the menu in the buffet was not according to our liking. It's not bad and many people might like it also. I have seen this type of menu across all sterling properties for lunch & dinner.

Jaya - She was nice with the all event related stuff Food was delaying some time you have to wait for someone to hear ball ring. But overall experience was too good. Location is awesome. Food quality and test is too good (north lovely test and south )

It was a decent stay with sterling, I stayed with our family, we came here as a part of group. Everything was good, enjoyed the stay but one thing which I did not like is that while checking out when they asked our number for feedback one of the staff member Ms. Jaya took my phone and gave feedback without asking how much i want to rate it, which I felt little bit arrongant and made uncomfortable. Anyhow I have deleted that review because I doesn't want to give the false review to anyone under my name. ||||As an employee myself I understand the pressure of achieving the targets but by doing this in such way is not correct. It was good stay good behaviour by everybody but checkout time it feel odd.

Had a great stay. Polite & cooperative staff. Special thanks to Sudhir Singh for his support. We were there overnight. Had a good view from our rooms and the breakfast spread was good. Would recommend to other travellers. Property is also close enough to the city centre.

The resort is located at a beautiful location where you get a town view. The resort is huge in size with multiple activities on board.Jaya was very helpful in assisting us. The rooms are big in size. Room was clean. The hot water is a bit of concern and can be improved as guests cannot wait for water to get heated for so long. The breakfast was excellent. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Our room was a double storey 2 bedroom apartment and had lots of room to spread out The property offers a lot of external and internal activities which was unexpected. The resort was very busy and it didn't seem to be a problem for staff who were courteous and helpful. The meals had a good variety of options, Well worth the stay

Not giving 5 stars becoz rooms were not as expected. We booked a room with valley view but they gave us a normal room. We requested many times to change our room. Also, the water bottles were unsealed. The food quality was also not good as per the price. Please improve all these things. Everything else was good. The weather and location is amazing. Thanks
