I had a truly memorable stay at Virgin Valley Resort in Ooty. Thanks to Thanish for arranging this stay—it couldn’t have been better. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort is clean, well-kept, and surrounded by beautiful, peaceful scenery—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The views of the hills and greenery, along with the cool Ooty weather, made it even more special. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were so courteous—they even made sure food was delivered to the room whenever needed. I also enjoyed the extra activities, like the lovely bird park and exciting ATV rides, which made the stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat or a great base to explore Ooty, Virgin Valley Resort is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Check-in delayed by over 45 minutes despite prior booking. No basic room service available at all. The room had zero amenities — no bedside tables, no hangers, no dryer. Within an hour of check-in, the sink got clogged and took another hour to be fixed. Requested a towel at reception three times, but no one bothered to provide it. The hotel description is misleading — it is advertised as a “studio apartment with kitchen,” but in reality, it’s split into two rooms where strangers can stay separately. The kitchen was not functional at all, making the “apartment” claim useless. For the poor service, lack of amenities, and misleading description, the place is overpriced and a complete waste of money. I booked this stay expecting comfort and convenience, but it turned out to be the worst hotel experience ever. Highly disappointing and absolutely not recommended.

We had a very disappointing experience here. We had booked executive suite with balcony view. The room was newly opened and most the things were missing. Like cool lights, towel hangers , coffee table … etc . Construction was going on in most of the area in the property. Our view was partially covered with ongoing construction. The saddest part is the amount of the room paid . It was on the higher side which we usually pay for 3 star or 4 star properties. The restaurant service was the other pathetic thing. The dinner we ordered was served very late and had to follow up multiple times. Make sure the work is completely done and fully operational If you really want to book this property . Otherwise ask for a reasonable price in this condition. We were really sad and disappointed with this property as we paid a good amount money for a stress free and relaxing vacation time, but we got something exactly opposite. There were many other good , recommended properties in Ooty for the same or lesser amount we had paid.

Had a wonderful experience , The view of sunrise was stunning . Rooms were clean, cozy and well-equipped. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and small activities like bird watching and ATV rides, fishing ponds ,and all the animals. Definitely recommended for a relaxing getaway.

I Stayed at virgin valley for 2nights with my 2kids, the stay was fabulous and view from the room was top notch. The bed did not fit all of us, owner gave us a complimentary extra bed which was super comply. ALL the staffs were super friendly and ready to take care of all your needs and the breakfast was excellent. The only concern during our visit was road extension works on the road were the property is located [hopefully will be over by september or november, we visited during august 2025]

The food was another highlight – every meal was a delightful culinary experience, with fresh and flavorful dishes that catered to all tastes. What truly sets "virgin valley" apart is its peaceful environment. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping, breathing in the crisp, fresh air, and enjoying the lush greenery all around was an experience in itself. Just checked out of this resort. Had an amazing time here along with my friends. It is a huge property with activities and a bird park. Their hospitality were top notch. They have just opened one phase with another phase yet to open with all the facilities. I'm sure I will visit next year to stay here when it's completed. All the best to the team.
