Emarald Hotel, Ooty

Rooms are so dirty.there is no facilities even a proper faucet,heater,clean bedsheet.rooms are just like freezer.food and service is good.

The worst experience I ever had in my life with a hotel. Dirty rooms, dirty and smelly bed sheets. They charged more than a good luxury hotel would charge.

Reserved for 2 days, Please don't book this hotel; the bed is filthy and smells awful. No washbasin connector and tap.

The room is very dirty and not even cleaned windows and balcony. Room keys are not working (no safety for our belongings when we go out)The window of the bathroom is covered by a piece of cardboard box.The pics they send are taken at the same time.. Don't look at it. Please check latest photos of hotel. They charged Rs 5000/ 1 day ( even not worth for 500 Rs). This is the worst hotel I have stayed and spoiled our trip feeling.

Worst choice to stay and too much price, don't get in to this hotel even its cheap Cleanliness literally 0% the bed spreads and pillow smells really really bad with fungus on it and the colour of water is nearly like drainage(I've attached a video of it) I'm forced to gave one star rating because thats the minimum i can...🤢🤮😡
