It’s a lovely property in Bhimtal. Resort feel . Well maintained lawns . And best part is it’s very close to Baba Neem karoli Dham . Just 20 mins ride .

Overall experience was good. |Rooms are old, toilets are small. ||Food was Delicious |Bfast and dinner ||Good hospitality ||Good swimming pool- Indoor ||Very old Linens and towels.||Game zone is not renovated- smells due to Rains ||Staff were welcoming||Ample space in parking ||Big Lawns||Scenic view from room balcony.

Awesome stay at Merak. Excellent food, very good property with good panoramic views from the property. Well maintained covered pool, calm and serene location. Ample outdoor space and a very well maintained lawn with some activities as well. Very polite and helpful staff. Smooth and quick check in and checkout process. Very good breakfast spread and carefully curated dishes. We stayed 3 nights and the overall experience was heavenly.

Location - excellent 👌|Room service - excellent 👌|Customer support at reception - excellent 👌|Ambiance - excellent 👌|Hygiene - compromised 😞*|FOOD - DISASTER 😭**|* There was a fungus like dots in extra blanket.|**6 out of 14 guests had complained of severe vomiting & diarrhoea after having dinner. Even our driver & 2 other drivers in parking had the same after having dinner.|Their so called chef named Dhiru was not even ready to taste his own cooked food. I know none of the hotel management serve bad & raw food to their guests but I think this guy Dhiru as a chef is the only responsible guy for this complete disastrous food quality.|- 3 ⭐ I am giving only because of the location & the lady at reception was so supportive as we complained her regarding the same and she assured us that she will raise this issue to the management & necessary actions will be taken against Bawarchi DHIRU👎

Excellent Stay. Evening Barbecue was very nice alongwith valley view. Divyansh & Vinita at reception were very helpful. Food was very delicious alongwith reasonable rates. Great hospitality service provided by the entire staff.

Very well maintained resort. Delicious mouth watering food. Educated nd soft spoken friendly staff. Spacious rooms. feelings of happiness all around. It is a very huge property if you are nature lovers you must visit this place.
