Hotels Kapalin, Rishikesh

Pathetic and Unsafe. Horribly trained staff and extremely I’ll mannered. Rooms were horrible. Staff went in and tampered our luggage without permission. Upon calling the police, they punctured our car. And we all know what happens in this country with police. Anyways we left the car and went to a different hotel to stay the night because it was extremely unsafe to stay there especially since there were females with us, we were really scared. I hope travellers stay away and no one ever further goes through this kind of harassment.

Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. Kapalin Hotel in Rishikesh is an absolute nightmare. We went out for dinner and returned around midnight only to find that our room had been opened without our permission, our luggage had been tampered with, and two of our bags had been opened. As if that wasn’t bad enough, someone even messed with our car in the parking lot! This was nothing short of a security breach, and we had no choice but to call the police at 12 AM to deal with the situation. The hotel staff was unhelpful, unapologetic, and suspiciously vague about how this happened. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely NOT worth the risk. Stay here at your own peril—your belongings (and peace of mind) are not safe at this hotel. Avoid Kapalin Hotel like the plague!

I want to bring to your kind notice that pls do not stay at this hotel as the stay was very much pathetic i.e. The room was dirty, they were using used linen & when I asked them to change it, they said "itne paise main ye service hi milegi" btw I paid 2500 rupees for one night. Additionally, The kettle in the room wasn't working & moreover the bathroom was stinking like anything. Next morning when we checked out, we came to realise that someone puncher two tyres of our car which was parked in hotel's parking.

Hotel kapalin is must visit hotel. View was amazing Staff was so polite Rooms are clean and tidy. Food is good.

The worst ever hotel i ever stayed in. The staff was ill mannered and was always shouting on us, when we asked for parking for our scooty than he just started shouting and yelling that you can’t park your vehicle at the place but it was being told to us that parking would be provided but nothing had been provided, he changed our room in which there was no ac working and in another room provide to us in that there was no balcony and no fan working
