The service is very very very third class and thier owner behaviour is very rude worst hotel worst services worst rooms . Charges is too high depands on room & service. I would suggest you all not to come here ever . Money waste deal Worst services & hotel i ever seen .

My experience was really too bad from this resort, they won't have any safety in their resort, there were 15-20 monkey attacked on my husband and he got injured, on this context hotel staff is saying " ap bahar kyo aye the" and my question was that we spend 2500/night for a room to sit in the room. They don't have any transportation and medical facility, my family was alone in the area then we reached to the hospital, doctor sweu my husband wound and we come back to room and I said hotel staff to give me one water bottle, staff said but that bottle will be charged they won't have hospitality towards the injured person. At last please don't choose this hotel my experience was literally horrible and I really pray that no body will face this situation. This hotel even don't deserve single star rating

We had worst experience with thiz hotel, today 11/06/2023. They have charges us for 4.5k for a AC room, nut from they have charged 3.5 ke or 2.5 k, after 20 minutes they switched off the AC since then they have not switched on. No hospitality and The staff is very rude and they are threthning tourists by saying that if we enquire more then they will make us to check out in mid of night. If anyone have read this, kindly ignore this worst hotel/resort. Please do not go there and never recommend anyone for this in your liftime.

Its a budget place close to river. You can have a river view. Rooms are old fitted with ac. Washrooms are just doable , hot water was not working. Its an ideal place for boys alone , not recommended for family.

We were first given dirty towels and blankets with hairs on, they were replaced with clean ones though thankfully. The surfaces were dusty and the drinking glasses provided were dirty. The WiFi did not work, so it wasn’t an ideal room to work from. The bathroom could have used an extra clean. The staff were never in the office and we had to walk around to find them. The good views and location are the only positives.

Poor experience with this Hotel. Will not recommend anyone. Staff is rude and not helpful. Service is not upto the mark. Also, they have electricity issue the whole day. Rooms are old. And the hotel does not even provide a complimentary bottle of water.

Highly unprofessional staff. In my two days I had electricity, water, service all kinds of issues here. No cleaning service. Power cut, AC not working when you need it. Water gone in middle of bathing. I had to wait half n hour in bathroom with conditioner on my hair. At Last I had to wipe it off with towel. No staff in office when you need them. They don't even pick up the call. Really very frusted.

Horrible guest house. Rooms, hospitality and services provided by the staff and owner was not worth it. Highly recommended not to go at this guest house.
