The stay was excellent. The rooms were nice and clean. The Hotel staff took good care of us. The breakfast and food was tasty too. The room had complimentary water bottle and Tea coffee facilities. Hot cold water and all bathroom fittings were working fine as well.

The breakfast and food was tasty too. Hotel location is also very nice and useful. In short exelent stay and with very good staff surrounding. Looking forward to stay there again.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Q Saina Hotel, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. As an avid traveler who has visited numerous hotels around the city in India, I had certain expectations that were unfortunately not met during my stay here. Quality of Food The food quality was subpar at best. The meals lacked flavor and freshness, with many dishes appearing to be reheated rather than freshly prepared. This is unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a premier destination. Dining should be a delightful experience, but at Q Saina, it was nothing short of a disaster. Service The service was abysmal. The staff appeared disinterested and untrained, resulting in numerous misunderstandings and delays. I specifically highlight the staff members Mayank Sharma and Riyaz Mallik. Simple requests were often met with confusion, and the overall interaction between staff and guests felt strained and unprofessional. Exceptional service is a hallmark of a good hotel, but here it was sorely lacking. They do not provide small fridges in the rooms to keep water cold during the summer. The blankets were dirty and had oil stains. Room Quality and Pricing The room was grossly overpriced and did not justify its value. Despite being marketed as luxurious, the room was small, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities. For the rate charged, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation. The discrepancy between the price and the quality offered was glaring and disappointing. Misleading Reviews One of the most troubling aspects was the apparent use of fake Google reviews. The glowing reviews do not align with the reality of the experience, suggesting a deliberate attempt to mislead potential guests. This is not only unethical but also erodes trust and damages the hotel's reputation. Conclusion The only redeeming quality of Q Saina Hotel is its location in a bustling market area. However, this is far from enough to compensate for the multitude of issues encountered during my stay. I sincerely hope the management takes these criticisms to heart and makes significant improvements. Until then, I strongly advise potential visitors to consider other options and avoid Q Saina Hotel for the time being. As a seasoned traveler and blogger, I have seen the best and worst the hospitality industry has to offer. Unfortunately, Q Saina Hotel falls into the latter category. I urge you to hold off on booking here until they have addressed these critical issues. There are many other hotels in the area that offer better service, quality, and value for your money.

Neat and clean rooms, size are smaller but manageable service was superb and location is on main road with ample parking space. Moreover prices are also competitive. Good for family.

Qsaina Hotel is beyond the imagination! Staff is friendly and so good in nature . Special Mr.Shekhar Saxena (GM) , apart from room service he helped us in many things ! Will prefer this hotel whenever I get chance to travel Rishikesh.

Great plece to stay with family. Anoop and Amartya greeted us very well and was always available for any need. The amenities and services are super good and efficient. Food we have tried is the best to have on regular days. Surely recommend people to stay here. Specially if you are with your family.
