The Narayana Sanctuary by Salvus is a beautiful beautiful lush green property. I was highly impressed with the service; the staff was polite and helpful, the suites were spacious and clean, and the location itself was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I was very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the property.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Before booking, I confirmed with them that I would be arriving at 6:30 AM after a two day travel and was assured that a room would be available or they would look for options to help out, However, upon arrival, Sumeet at the reception informed me that the room I booked wouldn’t be available until 12 PM or even to freshen up, Instead, he insisted I pay an additional ₹3000 for an executive room to use until my room was ready, even though my original cost for the entire day cost ₹5000. Despite explaining that I had confirmed this arrangement in advance, he refused to listen. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which is not the way anyone wants to start their holiday. Instead of resolving the issue, he seemed more interested in making things difficult and feeding his ego. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a stress-free stay. Hospitality means being accommodating, not rigid and inconsiderate. This experience left a sour taste and completely ruined the start of my trip.

I booked this whole property for my brother's marriage. The rooms are Great, especially Room No. - 408, with Bath Tub in the Bathroom. Housekeeping is very good and the Room Services are Excellent 👌... Restaurant food taste is Excellent... Hotel Gr. Mng. Mr. Pooran Ji is so cooperative and provide best service for the Guests, for my brother's marriage event he and his entire team worked very hard, tirelessly day & night. I am very thankful to all of them for making the event more Beautiful than I expected... I loved this place a lot... I recommend to everyone who visit to Rishikesh, please stay here and experience the best service in whole Rishikesh... Thankyou Team Salvus The Narayana Sanctuary by Salvus

Most calm and peaceful property I have ever visited . It was lush green . Had a good quality time with friends. Food and staff was great . Staff was very. Generous and helpful . Rooms were designed very well and was of big size . Would definitely like to visit again

Had a pathetic and beyond imagination experience , the unwelcome response by the hotel staff was a big put off. There is no communication between the staff , they don't convey the information. The staff esp at the reception is so stern & impolite. A total waste of money and time!
