Deltin Villa - Eko Stay

Worst ever experience on this property. 1. VILLA was not cleaned when we arrived. 2. Lenin were dirty. 3. Sofa had all ciggerate holes and was in pathetic condition. 4. Rooms were dirty and the mattress were in pathetic state. 5. cockroaches all over in the kitchen and bedroom. 6. Carrom was not in playble condition the wood was all water soaked. 7. Table Tenis bat was not in playble condition to play. 8. I had reported all this too to ECOSTAY from where I had done the booking at the time of checkin. No resolution was done by the property manager. 9. At Night when the cook were already gone at around 12 when we went to kitchen , it had full of cockroaches roaming around the food. We had to sleep by just eating starters which wer not kept in kitchen. Luckily the kids had already eaten the food. 10. I had already done 80% payment in advance and when I refused to give the remaining 20% because of all the issue. Ecostay was worst in addressing the issue and taking any accountability. 11. Property manager came and threatened us to not let us go out without doing the payment. When we contacted Ecostay for this behaviour they just said we are not involved here it is between you and the manager. ECOSTAY worst ever mangement who will leave you stranted between the group of goons (Property Manager) and subordinate. I had to finally pay the remaining amount for the substandard facility. Amrit from ECOSTAY was communicating with us and the property manager, he has done a pathetic job in addressing any of our concern, be it any complain about the property or situation when the on ground property manager was threatening us. I will strongly advice to stay awayfrom ECOSTAY.

Worst experience ekostay is a fruad company espacially the person amrit whose managing the villa is a liar and cheater dont trust them inspite your booking if they get higher price of the villa they will throw you out ot the villa which happened with us yesterday so please be aware.

We had a great stay at the well-maintained bungalow. However, we noticed that the tiles around the swimming pool are sharp and slippery. We suggest the owner replace them to prevent potential injuries. Overall, everything else was excellent.

The property is old and poorly maintained. The floors are extremely slippery, particularly during the monsoon season, making them hazardous. We were informed of the chef's unavailability just the night before our arrival, which negatively impacted our stay. Water leaked from the ceilings in all the bedrooms during rainfall. The bedding was dirty, and the furniture upholstery smelled bad. The kitchen had very limited crockery and utensils, and there were cockroaches running around. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property.

We love our stay at deltin villa with my family and especially caretaker Pawan who took very good care of our stay as always and will come back for sure in the future.
