Ekostay Gold - Iris Villa

Good Property but needs maintenance. BEDS ARE VERY COMFY AND GOOD LINEN. VERY SPACIOUS LIVING. NICE SWIMMING POOOL WITH FILTER. NICE TIPEE CREATED IN BACKYARD. Sofa not repaired and had a ditch in one of them. AC remotes not functioning in Hall so constant 1 set temp. Grd floor room needed attention on AC. Grd flr Bathroom exhaust not working, top floor 1 Bathroom had a pathetic stench which needed attention after we checked in. Cookware all super used and Blackened(last visited in Aug'24) and still same in Jun'25.(should be replaced) No wifi after checkin till we checked out, although mobile data worked. Pool side did not have proper cover on fence, Plus opp side bunglow was being renovated so lots of drilling of Jack hammers from 930-530pm. Showers need cleaning due to salt of hard water. Besides UPS backed power, faced lot of light cuts where AC, Geyser and Pressure pumps wud stop working during day and night. Needs to have more mosquito repellent managed before guests arrive.

Perfect weekend spot. Clean 4BHK, private pool, peaceful vibes. Great for chilling with friends or family. Would go again!

Sandeep was really helpful and made sure our stay had no issues at all. The property location is okay but the rooms could be a bit cleaner

Very nice place, could have work on Service area , Otherwise very much promising and excellent time.

The staff was really helpful. The common area is spacious to spend time in and around the pool.
