Good hotel in Urumqi. Not walking distance from Urumqi Train Station, but a short taxi ride distance approx. 3-4km. And short roughly 20 min taxi to airport. 2 out of 3 staff provided excellent customer service as follows. Arrived early on Saturday morning and the male staff checked the weather forecast and even used his mobile phone to check DiDi (China version of Uber) fare to the airport from the hotel for me. He told me that the hotel staff can book the DiDi or taxi for me tomorrow ie Sunday when I check out. His customer service was excellent. On Sunday, I asked the 2 female staff on duty to call DiDi or taxi for me when I checked out. One of the female staff refused outright and told me to hail a taxi from the road side myself. Do not have her name but she had a slightly Caucasian look with light brownish / blondish hair and a bit plump(ish). This is probably the same female staffer that other reviewer mentioned about not wanting to help call a taxi! The other female staff, on the other hand, offered to accompany me to the road and hailed a taxi for me and told the taxi driver to take me to the airport. She really showed excellent customer service. So, 2 out of 3 hotel staff provided excellent customer service. So, because of this one female staffer, my rating was 4/5 instead of 5/5

乌鲁木齐的好酒店。距乌鲁木齐火车站步行不远，但乘坐出租车仅需很短的时间即可到达。 3-4公里。乘坐出租车到机场只需大约 20 分钟。三分之二的员工提供了出色的客户服务，如下所示。周六一大早就到了，男工作人员查了天气预报，还用手机帮我查了滴滴（中国版Uber）从酒店到机场的车费。他告诉我，酒店工作人员可以为我预订明天即周日我退房时的滴滴或出租车。他的客户服务非常好。周日，我退房时让值班的2位女工作人员帮我叫滴滴或者打车。一位女工作人员断然拒绝，并让我自己在路边叫一辆出租车。没有她的名字，但她有一点白人的外表，浅棕色/金色的头发，有点丰满。这可能就是其他评论者提到的不想帮忙叫出租车的女员工！另一位女工作人员则主动陪我上路，并帮我叫了一辆出租车，并让出租车司机送我去机场。她确实表现出了出色的客户服务。因此，三分之二的酒店员工提供了优质的客户服务。所以，因为这位女员工，我的评分是 4/5，而不是 5/5

New Hotel. Receptionist staff are amazing. Good quality hotel for the holiday express brand. However, note the following: Air-conditioned too hot!. You cannot open the windows because the hotel is surrounded by constructions sites - (at least a year for completion!). And in China, construction often continues 24/7 Not much near the hotel. Station is about 1.5 kms away. Taxi have major difficulty in finding this hotel especially from the airport (even in Chinese!). Didi in English does not work in Urumqi for hotels. The included breakfast is great - certainly better than similar US chain. However, overall this hotel is relatively expensive for the price point.

新酒店。 接待员的工作人员很棒。 假日快捷品牌的优质酒店。 不过，请注意以下几点：空调太热了！ 你不能打开窗户，因为酒店周围都是建筑工地——（至少要一年才能完工！）。 而在中国，施工往往24/7持续进行，酒店附近的情况并不多。 距离车站约1.5公里。 出租车很难找到这家酒店，尤其是从机场出发（即使是中文！）。 乌鲁木齐的酒店不能用英文滴滴。 包含的早餐很棒 - 肯定比类似的美国连锁店要好。 不过总体来说这家酒店的价格还是比较贵的。

距离乌鲁木齐火车站（高铁站）步行1km，15分钟内可以步行到南门。本身距离闹市区有10km以上，旅游的话住这儿有点冷清，房间面积比较大，服务也蛮好的。

I came to Xinjiang and stayed at this hotel before leaving back to Jiangsu. I was very disappointed by Xinjiang in general and by this hotel among other things. Let me list some of the problems I've run into: 1. Welcome fruits package: we were supposed to receive a package of fruits when we checked in, but nobody offered us anything. 2. The hotel is using expires shaving cream (exp on 2022.03, have photo evidence) 3. The cleaners entered our room while we were inside and the DND sign was on the door. 4. One of the workers, a young man who sometimes wears glasses, is impolite. He did not help us with luggages even when his coworker reminded him. He also rebuked us about coming one minute late to do our NAT tests. 5. When we asked the cleaner for 2 rolls of toilet paper, she questioned us about why we need 2 rolls, as if we were thieves. Very saddening. 6. Breakfast ends at 10:30, but the trays are practically empty around 10:10 and the staff does not prepare fresh food. They instead tell you you should come earlier, like at 9:30. 7. The drier broke, staff said it will be fixed by evening, but no one did anything until the next days. 8. Every time I ask for 4 bottles of water, I only get 2. I have to call the front desk again, to let them send me two more bottles. Are they being cheap, or simply too lazy to care about what the customer wants?

唔錯的轉機選擇||酒店係烏魯木齊少數的國際連鎖之一，酒店整體水平也達到了內地新開業的智選假日水平||房間乾淨整潔，空間利用率高，住起來比較舒服||唯一的缺點是酒店位置，離高鐵站有十五分鐘的步行距離，加上唯一靠近機場的新區，離市區有一段距離，出行基本靠打車，更適合在烏魯木齊轉接交通工具的客人。

This time, the accommodation is too poor. There is a large ball of uncleaned hair at the bedside table, the bathroom has a strange smell, and the toilet is not cleaned. There is something glued to the toilet, and it has not been removed. The hotel breakfast is not bad, but there is nothing else.

这次的住宿条件太差了。床头柜有一大团未清理的头发，浴室有异味，厕所也没有清理。马桶上粘着东西，还没去掉。酒店早餐还不错，其他就没什么了。

My wife and I were able to have a relaxing and pleasant stay despite the location. However, we will not be staying at this hotel when we have the opportunity to be back in the area.

尽管位置优越，我和我的妻子还是能够度过轻松愉快的时光。然而，当我们有机会回到该地区时，我们不会住在这家酒店。
