武陵源宾馆

酒店靠近武陵源景區東門,方便遊玩。由於網上預訂的房間剛剛裝潢有殘留氣味,酒店主動幫忙升級了房間並免費贈送了孩子的早餐。酒店是園林式建築面積很大。向經理熱情地引導我們進入房間,又仔細介紹了各種設施和服務。客房服務人員也很禮貌,訓練有素。餐廳服務工作人員會主動詢問客人對菜品的意見。有一天很晚才去吃飯餐廳工作人員一直等我們吃完才下班。

Wulingyuan Hotel meet my expectation for my trip. Location was near the Forest Park entrances and eateries was within walking distances. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The settings was very nice and fit the a**osphere. The counter staff and service staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk provide a lot of assistance in term of info to attractions, transportation and eateries. Requests were looked into and feedback/update promptly. I would stay at Wulingyuan for future visits and highly recommend this to relatives, friends and tourists going to Wulingyuan districts.

武陵源宾馆满足了我对这次旅行的期待。位置靠近森林公园入口，步行即可到达餐馆。房间非常干净、宽敞、舒适。这些设置非常好并且适合非球面。柜台工作人员和服务人员都非常友好和乐于助人。前台在景点、交通和餐馆信息方面提供很多帮助。请求得到了及时的研究和反馈/更新。以后来武陵源我还会住这里，强烈推荐给去武陵源地区的亲戚、朋友和游客。

房間不錯，整體衛生也可以，但外部公眾地方較舊，給人8，90年代的感覺。早餐普通，可以接受。地點一流，步行到東門只需幾分鐘。

My trip to China was filled with wonderful moments until I encountered a terrible experience at the hotel. I was traveling with my baby, and although they advertised a babysitting service, they failed to provide it. Additionally, despite numerous requests, they didn't provide a plastic plate. Consequently, my baby accidentally broke a bowl, and instead of considering the situation, the hotel immediately demanded payment. Their lack of English proficiency was noticeable throughout my stay, but strangely, they were fluent when addressing this issue. The problem wasn't the cost but rather their insensitive reaction and unacceptable attitude towards the situation.

我的中国之旅充满了美好的时刻，直到我在酒店遇到了一次糟糕的经历。我带着孩子旅行，虽然他们宣传提供保姆服务，但他们没有提供。此外，尽管提出了很多要求，但他们没有提供塑料板。结果我家宝贝不小心打碎了一个碗，酒店不但不考虑情况，还立即要求付款。在我逗留期间，他们的英语水平明显不足，但奇怪的是，他们在解决这个问题时却很流利。问题不在于成本，而在于他们对这种情况的麻木反应和不可接受的态度。

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, and the room was cozy and clean. The location was convenient for my needs. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Best location within 5 minutes walk to East Gate Park entrance. Hotel is quiet and comfortable with restaurant n shop beside the hotel.

First of all the front photo here is not the right hotel. Very strange. ||This is a decent hotel in a small town in Hunan, right at the base of the national park. We are a family of 4 so we had to rent two rooms with 1 queen bed each. So cheap that it didn't really matter. We found the room fine, maybe not the cleanest, but for the price we were paying, it was fine. The beds were rock hard like most hotels in China but the linens were clean. ||There is Chinese buffet breakfast- for us Westerners, it wasn't particularly enticing but it had hard boiled eggs, noodles, and bread/small cakes which was enough. If you need coffee, be sure to bring it. ||There is also a small convenience store in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. ||The town is small but pretty and we enjoyed walking around it. There is one Western coffee shop with a limited menu. We enjoyed a local Chinese restaurant one night.

Really a complex of buildings, entering the lobby is impressive, open and airy. There is a 24hour sundries store and travel agency on site. The rooms are nice and all the basics work, especially the giant air conditioning units in each room with remote control. The lighting is a bit dim but the bedside controls work nicely. TV has a good selection of channels including English language news and information and a few who show movies with English subtitles. The breakfast is definitely Chinese with Hunan spicing but trying just a bite of something can be enlightening such as using a small amount of spicy black bean to flavor ones boiled egg. Each room has a refrigerator to get drinks cold without ice. Really the only issue to note is that the western style toilet seat has a lot of side to side mobility and the shampoo, toothpaste etc has to be bought if one forgets to pack them. The location is very convenient and that is important after a day of hiking.

确实是一个建筑群，进入大堂令人印象深刻，开放且通风。酒店内设有24小时杂货店和旅行社。房间很漂亮，所有的基本设施都运转良好，尤其是每个房间都有带遥控器的巨型空调。灯光有点暗，但床头的控制效果很好。电视有很多频道可供选择，包括英语新闻和信息，还有一些频道播放带有英文字幕的电影。早餐肯定是中式的，有湖南辣味，但尝尝尝尝就可以得到启发，比如用少量的辣黑豆来给煮鸡蛋调味。每个房间都有冰箱，可以不用加冰就可以冷饮。真正需要注意的唯一问题是，西式马桶座圈具有很大的左右移动性，如果忘记包装洗发水、牙膏等，则必须购买它们。位置非常方便，经过一天的徒步旅行后这一点很重要。
