哈尔滨雅客莱假日酒店

I like this hotel. I've stayed there several times and the staff and service are quite good. The rooms are beautiful even if they could be better maintained, hence the four stars. If the rooms were maybe cleaner and better maintained, I would have given five stars. I've been to this hotel several times in the past 13 years and I have to admit that the rooms keep deteriorating each time I go. Otherwise, I would still recommend it for its location, decoration and friendly staff.

我喜欢这家酒店。我在那里住过几次了，工作人员和服务都很好。房间很漂亮，即使可以更好地维护，因此是四星。如果房间更干净并且维护得更好，我会给五颗星。在过去的 13 年里，我来过这家酒店好几次，我不得不承认，每次我去的时候，房间的情况都在恶化。除此之外，我仍然会推荐它，因为它的位置、装饰和友好的工作人员。

櫃台服務熱情，環境衛生，只是訂的房間8樓沒有電梯，只能在7樓下，還好有幫忙拿行李，房間隔音不太好，價格收費有點貴，

Reception staff are generally friendly and helpful but the maintence of the hotel, or rather the lack of it, doesn't allow me to give a better review. The bed headboard has a big ugly tear, toilet vanity top is covered with some kind of laminate and it's coming off. There is no drinking cup, no coffee or tea bags, no spoons, etc. Worse part, breakfast is cold (even those smaller hotels in Snow Village serves hot breakfast! ) Well, hotel charges are really cheap, while you may say "you pay what you get", but the whole state of the hotel room and housekeeping standards are really quite unacceptable. I believe the hotel has its glory years back, hope things improve soon.

接待人员普遍友好且乐于助人，但酒店的维护，或者说缺乏维护，不允许我给出更好的评价。床头板有一个很大的丑陋的撕裂，厕所梳妆台上面覆盖着某种层压板，而且它正在脱落。没有水杯，没有咖啡或茶包，没有勺子等等。更糟糕的是，早餐都是冷的（连雪村那些小一点的酒店都有热早餐！）好吧，酒店收费确实便宜，而你可能会说“你一分钱一分货”，但整个酒店房间的状态和客房服务的标准实在让人难以接受。我相信这家酒店已经恢复了昔日的辉煌，希望事情很快就会有所改善。

I choose the deluxe suite for the price but the experience wasnt good. First Any person speak any word in English. Then they give us the room. The room was dirty the bathtub doesnt work, we needed wait 30 min for hot water all in the room give us shock and was very cold. Without any possibility to,control the tempetature. But the only good thing... the room like the hotel was really beautiful inside. But is just apperance. After that i say that i want a new room. So they change me. was a little bit better but still dirty and cold. i found empty bottles and aet apple in the floor. The location is far from the center. Becareful becouse in google the adress is wrong.

考虑到价格我选择了豪华套房，但是体验并不好。首先任何人都可以说英语单词。然后他们给我们房间。房间很脏，浴缸不能用，我们需要等待 30 分钟才能得到房间里的热水，这让我们感到震惊，而且非常冷。没有任何可能控制温度。不过唯一好的就是……像酒店一样的房间，里面真的很漂亮。但也只是表象而已。之后我说我想要一个新房间。所以他们改变了我。好一点了，但仍然又脏又冷。我在地板上发现了空瓶子和苹果。位置离市中心较远。小心，因为在谷歌中的地址是错误的。

I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Everything is in bad conditions. Everywhere you look there is details old, or not maintained. In the stairs there was fabric everywhere to prevent damage from the worker but actually it makes the stairs very sleepy and dangerous. The worker who try to maintain the room are smoking inside with door open. It give a very bad impression. In my room there was a big window with a wall build in front. The bed sheets were very bad and old like the pillow. The carpet very dirty. In the bathroom it supposed to have two sink but finally they remove one and let a big hole open! The shower is open in the bathroom so you will put water everywhere. The breakfast is a joke they had only rice and omelet in a dark room very uncomfortable. Definitely choose another place to stay.

我在这家酒店住了 2 晚。一切状况都很糟糕。无论你看到哪里，都会发现一些陈旧的细节，或者没有得到维护。楼梯上到处都是布料，以防止工人损坏，但实际上这使楼梯变得非常昏昏欲睡和危险。试图维护房间的工人在门开着的情况下在里面吸烟。给人一种非常不好的印象。我的房间有一扇大窗户，前面有一堵墙。床单很糟糕，像枕头一样旧。地毯很脏。浴室里本来应该有两个水槽，但最后他们拆掉了一个，开了一个大洞！浴室的淋浴间是开放式的，所以你可以把水放得到处都是。早餐是一个笑话，他们在一个黑暗的房间里只有米饭和煎蛋卷，非常不舒服。绝对选择另一个住宿地点。

电暖气一点都不暖，是用一台製🔥机，暖不起來～空間大小还行。

There was no hot water, the room smelled like cigarette, the room had no windows, the decoration looked like a ******* and the wifi was bad.

没有热水，房间有烟味，房间没有窗户，装修看起来很破旧，wifi也很糟糕。

這個飯店我覺得還可以，大堂寬敞明亮，屋裡房間不算很大，但是也算舒適。早餐區供應還可以，樣式較多，只是用餐環境略低矮。
