翰林天悦大酒店

住宿环境上挺清新的，反正没有什么感觉不太舒服的地方。说句实在话，毕竟不是长期在外面漂，从我自身的感觉来说，和别的酒店没有太多的类比关系。首先挺清洁的，挺人性化的，从总台的态度呀挺不错的。餐饮做得一般吧，基本上也能吃好，能满足日常需要。服务上需要并不是太多，有时打电话询问一些事情还是挺及时的，效率挺不错的。房间配备的硬件设施不是太奢华，特别洁净，没有异味。位置不是很繁华，城市也不大。周边挺便利的，本来城区面积也不大。

We stayed here for three nights during our visit to Harbin. This place was chosen by our tour guide, not directly by us.||The hotel is reasonably well kept up overall with no frills. Our rooms were pretty chilly and the radiator heat was not enough to make up for the cold coming from the window areas. The showers were hot, we had a western toilet and the towels and bedsheets were very clean. Carpeting in our room was very stained, but probably clean overall. ||We stayed the night of Chinese New Year and they did set off really nice fireworks in front of the hotel - lovely! We missed breakfast once due to bad times that they gave us, but the other mornings we had some great dumplings and good coffee.

This is an all right hotel, nothing spectacular and not really 4 stars according to me.||The location is good, within a walking distance of a shopping centre, and a supermarket even closer, quite a few restaurants and so on.||||The actual hotel is not too bad, the rooms are clean and the bed is quite comfortable, but the bathroom layout left to be desired- the curtain around the shower was quite flimsy and a lot of water ended up on the floor each time during the shower. We were quite unlucky having some VERY noisy Chinese guests on our floor, who would come late at night and play cards and smoke and talk very loud and all that with their door open, so we did not get as much sleep as we would like. Also, be prepared to hear a lot of noise from the street, but it's easy to get used to the honking car quite quickly.||||The wifi is HORRIBLE and seems to be depending on wind or something, comes and goes whenever it pleases. There are many points you can connect to, but most of them have very weak signal, and you need to find a spot in your room which has the signal, as sometimes it disappears when you move a few steps. ||||The restaurant served the same food for lunch and for dinner, but we quite liked it, so no one minded, and it was a quite good selection of different meats and fish dishes and vegetable. Breakfast is very typical for that particular region of China- most dishes on the buffet are hot and consist of meats and vegetables and look more like Western dinners do in that respect. There is an attempt at breakfast eaten in other areas- some yogurt, canned fruit, a selection of breads, jams and some butter- but no knives to be seen!!! Whoever designed that clearly did not know it's hard to spread butter and jam on toast with chopsticks. You can also get a fried egg and some soup if you fancy.||||On the plus side, the view from the window was quite something, particularly in the morning and in the evening. ||||All in all, it's a good hotel in a decent location, good food, but decor could do with some updating.

这家酒店是新兴的四星级酒店，位置还不错，距离哈尔滨理工大学和黑大都很近的，交通也方便，这家酒店的性价比很高，价格也就300多。入住的很多都是学生和陪同家长，所以倒是也很安全。周围吃饭的地方也也很多，网线是有的，但是没有WIFI。

早餐比较好，水果、中餐、西餐、青菜都有。房间挺大的，有25平米以上，房间挺舒适、挺好的。房间有台灯、和小桌子接电话打电话记东西都很方便的。有免费的咖啡，自己泡的。交通不太方便，下火车站打车20多分钟到的。酒店门口打车还可以。

酒店规模及档次都不错，入住人员有些杂乱，服务质量一般，不是很热情周到，没有感觉到星级酒店的服务。房间也不是很大，但很安静。与理工大学相邻。

哈理工和黑大都在附近，交通很方便，当时住进去的时候恰逢开学，人满为患，但是服务都还好，没有因为人多而失了方寸。卫生照样收拾的很干净。服务人员很热情，不过有点热情过度了，让人有点受宠若惊。周围逛街吃饭的地方也不少。

I would give this zero stars if I could! The rooms are adequate in terms of having a bed to sleep in, electricity and running water. It is better than sleeping in the gutter. But I can't say anything else positive. ||They smell of smoke. The hot water only intermittently works. The water from the sink has a brown tinge. The bathroom smells like sewerage. The surrounding streets are noisy; there is a sports field where they play music etc until very late, and start early in the morning. ||The restaurant food is terrible, with what appears to be artificial meat probably full of chemicals. Finally, the service is beyond hopeless. Everyone's default answer is 'no, I don't know'. They don't book taxis for you, unless you go to the airport. ||I feel an obligation to society to warn everyone of this place, so others do not suffer as we did!
