Great hotel if your a Marriott elite, nice lounge, good breakfast. The elevator system is a bit confusing that slows you down getting up to your room and that would be the most confusing thing. I'm not sure if the construction that was going on there at the time would fix the issue or not. The staff is amazing especially if you Elite status which many hotel in the US don't really recognize or go out of your way to help anymore. they do. Amazing location in the center of Shanghai for sightseeing or business. I spent well over a month at this hotel on business, as my office was nearby. Highly recommend, but must also say there are other great hotels in the area and in other areas of Shanghai that may be more convenient depending on your purpose. From a tourism perspective this is well located for the centralized subway system which is amazing, and makes it easy to get to other locations, in many directions.

LRM SH got a very convenient location, allowing guests to easily move around to several highlights in the city. The rooms are newly refurbished. Very happy about that, after a long period with maintenance work. The gym is having a good selection of equipment and locker room facilities. Staff there is fantastic, but especially the well-known ladies - Natalie, Vicky, Kelly and now also Nellie in the Royal Club Lounge make a fantastic effort! Good interaction. Always having a warm stay here. Looking forward to get back here.

酒店在世贸广场地理位置得天独厚，附近新世界城和人民公园，除了入住酒店的人外，就单来酒店吃喝玩乐的人也超多，欧赛朵扒房有下午茶套餐和晚间西餐餐厅平台就是新世界城，65楼沪吧有自助下午茶和晚间的鸡尾酒 拍夜景真的很美，酒店的乐味思餐厅早、中、晚都有自助餐.预订的豪华房大使会员，酒店给升级了精致套房，房间去年装修过。特别夸赞下44楼行政酒廊的服务团队，Vicky、Kelly、Natalie颜值又高、又热情！服务周到。整个下午都在酒廊，晚上的happy hour堪比一般酒店收费自助餐，还有现煮的面，味道超赞。让我们度过了很愉快的时光，以后还会继续选择。

Only the view is nice but others not great! How can the room is too hot!!!??? And cooler doesn’t setup cooling mode? Some elevate bottom panel cannot light on when you put room card! Almost all elevate don’t light up so don’t know which one is coming! The executive lounge even no beer? So little dishes! Breakfast is also disappointed based on hotel ranking! Room is small! 1 meter bed ??

the hotel is newly decorated. the new design of the rooms and public areas are amazing. the hotel located right upon the east nanjing road and people's square, the heart of shanghai. the staffs here are experienced, lovely and passionful. Cici and Chloe helped me a lot for a fast check in, she has also been very patient to introduce to me everything around the hotel including foodie, attraction, etc. I spend considerable time at the lounge. The view there is top tier in Shanghai, and so is the excellent service there. Kelly and Vicky at the lounge impressed me a lot. they will be at your sight at any time you need an assistance. They are always ready to help. I would recommend the hotel to others not only because the property itself, but also because the excellent staffs here.

Check-in was a breeze and receptionist made sure I knew about the platinum benefits and her cheery attitude made me feel welcomed. The gym is very well equipped for a hotel and even there is a good indoor pool for swimming. Equipment and facilities were well maintained. I used my suite nights, so I was upgraded to a junior suite which was very comfortable and had an amazing view. The executive lounge happy hour should not be missed as they do serve quite good food, alcohol and with a view of Shanghai to die for. Staff there were also very efficient and polite. Finally I was most impressed with the doormen at this hotel who went out of their way to get me a cab during xmas eve. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit Shanghai again.

A little bit of background, I only started traveling for business purpose more frequently this year, needless to say I do not have elite status when I checked in, other than Corporate Preferred status. Check in was smooth and quick, front desk receptionist speak decent English. I was placed on the 43rd floor. A short moment after I get into my room, someone knocked on my door. To my surprise, I was greeted by the hotel staff with a complimentary welcome gift (red wine + snacks). At night, the bund view was spectacular, I can see the Oriental Pearl Tower and the entire Nanjing Road easily from my room, but the view from Hu Bar is even better. The room is pretty comfortable, but it is on the smaller side and a little dated. TV remote control was a little unresponsive. I would prefer to have an additional door to the entire sink+bath+toilet area. The Ai Mei Chinese restaurant is kinda hard to find, but they serve pretty good food at decent price. Heard the Italian restaurant is pretty good, didn't get a chance to try it during this trip. The hotel is also really close to railway station and long distance bus stop, as well as numerous tourist attraction, very convenient.
