位置贊，孔府旁邊👍上個世紀80年代的設計非常大氣，贊👍，前台親和迅速也很棒~~酒店管理弱。服務員在門口敲門，我說等下，換完衣服就來開，然後她在門外喊，“不等了，我拿卡開門了”就自顧自用她的卡進來，這是4星酒店嗎？嚇得我後面都一進門就反鎖。她手裡拿個大塑料臉盆，盆裡放果盤，手裡拿一張紙，讓我給她手寫的那一張心型的紅色紙拍照，我拍了，看到紙上寫的“親愛的賓客~~” ，後面還沒看到。這位大姐又說，叫我給她好評，並且要求我把剛拍的照片放上網~~隨後她就把紙拿走出門，原來不是給我看那的信，只是讓我這個工具人寫好評用的，然後拿給下一個客人當道具，連演一下的服務都免了。我早上出門前放了“請勿打擾”，出門後回來，大姐顯然還是進了房間，並且擅自拔了我的充電插蘇~~這些本來算了，最離譜的是，我早已離開之後，這位服務員居然用她的私人手機給我的手機發短信，說她工資不高，千把塊，被領導要求發評價，叫我給她好評~~意思是領導逼她，她就來逼我~~這家酒店居然隨意將我的手機私隱放給打掃衛生的服務員！這樣的管理！而且允許自己的服務員隨意發這樣賣慘毫無尊嚴的短信（如果是酒店授意的話，那就更差）。這樣的酒店管理怎麼會讓人有尊嚴，又怎麼會尊重客人的尊嚴和隱私？我本來隱忍，離開就忘，也不想影響我的好心情~~但是看到這種短信，決定還是寫一點，這事做一了結吧~~希望酒店不要再來騷擾~~也真心希望這只是這家美麗酒店的個別行為~~（ps. 剛準備發那張拍的圖片，發現圖片上有那位大姐的工號和手機號，就算了~~如果平台需要我可以個別提供~~）

地理位置優越，旁邊就是孔廟、孔府。每天都水果盤，管家阿姨60號非常熱情，照顧有加，入住體驗很好，離五馬祠夜市很近，吃東西很方便。

I love this hotel. Been here twice now. Its a beautiful building in a traditional style. I would like to say thank you to the English speaking receptionist I met on both trips who was very kind and helpful and spoke very good English.

Stayed for a three-day team-building retreat with colleagues, which included a visit to the nearby Confucius Temple. My own second-floor room was fine (at least the hot water and Internet worked well), but the fixtures/carpet in some of the others seemed a bit tired. Common spaces were well lit with high ceilings and dark walls; the aesthetic seems geared more for the domestic rather than expat traveller. However there are some nice outdoor sitting areas and the onsite restaurant serves a decent range of Chinese foods. Staff spoke very little English. It was probably the best choice for the occasion, although I would probably try a different, more 'boutique'-style hotel next time.

与同事一起参加了为期三天的团队建设静修活动，其中包括参观附近的孔庙。我自己的二楼房间还不错（至少热水和网络运行良好），但其他一些房间的固定装置/地毯似乎有点旧了。公共空间光线充足，天花板高高，墙壁深色；这种审美似乎更适合国内游客而不是外籍游客。不过，这里有一些不错的户外休息区，酒店内的餐厅提供各种不错的中餐。工作人员只会说很少的英语。这可能是这个场合的最佳选择，尽管下次我可能会尝试一家不同的、更“精品”风格的酒店。

This hotel is in the perfect location for all the sites within Qufu's walled city and everything is a short stroll away. When you arrive, you can be forgiven for thinking you've come to a very impressive museum rather than a hotel. The lobby and public areas are post modern, very spacious, beautifully designed and have artwork and objet of museum standard. As you check in with the super friendly, very smartly uniformed staff for this 4* property, you'll doubtless be wondering why on Earth the rates are so low.||||Well... the answer comes when you reach your room. Having been shown through the endless, rather dark corridors by a hostess, the rooms themselves are in much need of a facelift. Clearly the bathrooms have recently been renovated and there is a new toilet and sink, plus although the bath tub is a bit dated (and very mildewed around the edges) the shower unit is completely new with good water pressure and good hot water.||||The carpet in the bedroom is in desperate shape. Stained and dirty to the point where you can't tell what's pattern and what's stain. The furniture is really old and in bad repair. The air con does little to cool the room and no matter what I set it at, the temp never fell below 26 degrees. There is a complicated set box and TV system to navigate, so I gave up and wifi is hopeless. It goes on and off all the time and every time it goes off, you have to log in again. It's too annoying to bother with.||||There's a kettle, cups and saucers, but no tea of coffee. Water is provided and two apples were shrink wrapped for my arrival.||||The bed was awful. Really hard, with mattress springs almost poking through and digging in to me throughout the night. The bedding is clean, but like the towels, it's really worn and old. There were many tears. The lighting in the room is really dim. Maybe that's to stop you getting too close a look.||||One huge problem is that there are many ornamental ponds surrounding the property. Luxury hotels for mosquitoes. The staff kindly prop many of the doors open, so that when the beasts are ready to fly the pond nursery, they are invited straight inside. The bedroom walls of my room were covered with smushed carcasses of dead mozzies. I got bitten repeatedly during the night. You'd think in a country where mozzies are already epidemic, they'd not be so daft as to create the perfect breeding conditions and then invite them inside to feast on the guests.||||Breakfast ends at 9am and woe betide any later comers. The tablecloths start being whipped away on the dot of 9, whether you've finished or not. It's all very Chinese, but there is fruit, toast, breads, cakes if fish soup doesn't appeal. Reasonable coffee too.||||However, despite all the negatives, I liked this property. The location, the staff and the public spaces helped outweigh the very rough round the edges rooms. For the price, it's worth it.

Our trip to Shandong began with a 4 hour high speed train ride from Hong qiao train station to qufu train station along with a half hour bus ride to the queli hotel. We arrived at the queli hotel at around 5pm and My initial reaction on the lobby was that it was very small but pretty welcoming to say the least. As we walked to our room our guid informed us that there would be a common area to hang out. It turned out there where elderly people smoking and where also fairly loud so we ended up not using it. As we entered our room it felt humid and it had a vintage, old feel. The bathroom toilet was behind the door and there was some mold growing on the wall by the showers however they supplied us with free toothbrushes, combs, toothpaste, earbuds, and cotton pads. Although we where there for educational purposes we did not expect to hear the people in the room next to us. The breakfast was not the best because I expect some fruit or cereal but I ended up with toast that tasted dry and when you bit into it it crumbled apart like a cracker. They also provided butter and jam. I ended up picking the jam that ended up just being honey. If you do end up staying at the queli hotel which I would not recommend keep in mind it is cold, dark, unhygienic, not the best food and paper thin walls as well as smokers ||

The Queli is a perfectly fine 3 or 4 star hotel. It is super convenient to Confucius temple and the many stores and attractions in the old town. All are just outside the front door. The hotel itself was built in the early 1980's and reflects that time period. The halls go on and around, there are mysterious courtyards and if you look closely you can see where in the old days the "Floor Monitors" used to be positioned (china hands will know what I am talking about). Breakfast was good--the dining room is worn down but the food was actually very, very good. Try the noodles! For us the Queli worked fine as we don't need brand new shiny floors or super attentive staff. The location is the best selling point. Room was perfectly fine. Wifi was slow but existed!!

In 1986 when this place opened it was the best game in town. The years have taken their toll on this place. Breakfast buffet was not to our liking. We stayed in several hotels in several cities during our trip to China so I feel like we are being fair when we say this place is not up to snuff. Location is great though if you are visiting Confucius mansion and burial grounds. We didn't take pics of the hotel out of respect but the carpets in the rooms are terribly stained....and hotel staff knocked on our door after check in to spray something along the baseboards. We refused the spray down but others in our party did let them spray. Loved Qufu though. Charming little town with good walking options and shopping.
