Wonderful hotel situated by a lake which was great for walking - the rooms were very clean and spacious and had a balcony with views overlooking the lake, it had a very serene feel about it. The breakfast was wonderful catering for both Asian and western people. It has a great lounge / bar area to enjoy drinks, we would have loved to have stayed a few more nights but we were on a tour. Wonderful attentive staff and a relaxing place to stay , highly recommend this resort.

非常棒的酒店，位于湖边，非常适合散步——房间非常干净、宽敞，有一个阳台，可以俯瞰湖景，给人一种非常宁静的感觉。早餐很棒，适合亚洲人和西方人。它有一个很棒的休息室/酒吧区，可以享用饮品，我们很想多住几晚，但我们是在旅行。非常细心的工作人员和一个轻松的住宿地点，强烈推荐这个度假村。

The hotel setting is picturous next to a small lake and a few wooded hills, within a huge green compound. My corner room offered a beautiful view over the lake. It is even possible to have breakfast outdoors next to the lake. There is a walking path around the lake, must be some 2-3km distance, only usable at day light. ||||The hotel is located some 30min / 70 RMB by taxi (without traffic) from Hangzhou West Lake to Southerly direction. Bingjiang commercial area is some 15 to 20min / 35RMB by taxi, this was where I was going every day. Good connection, not much of traffic. ||||The hotel location is very isolated. There is a village next to the hotel, and a recreational area next to a large lake in about 1km distance. I did not find any pub or restaurant in the hotel surroundings. ||||I daily used the hotel's breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet once. Both are ok, on the level of a 4-star Western hotel (but not 5-star).||||I had an issue at checkout. I asked staff that I would like to pay in CNY. I was re-assured this would be the case. Later-on my credit card statement showed I was charged in EUR at a pretty bad exchange rate. I would have rated the service to be good, if that scam had not happened.

酒店环境优美，毗邻一个小湖和几座树木繁茂的山丘，坐落在一个巨大的绿色建筑内。我的角落房间可以看到美丽的湖景。甚至可以在湖边户外享用早餐。环湖有一条步行道，距离大约2-3公里，只能在白天使用。 ||||从杭州西湖向南方向乘出租车（不堵车）约 30 分钟/70 元人民币。滨江商业区打车大约15到20分钟/35元人民币，这是我每天都会去的地方。连接良好，流量不大。 ||||酒店位置非常偏僻。酒店旁边有一个村庄，距离一个大湖旁边有一个休闲区，距离酒店约1公里。我在酒店周围没有找到任何酒吧或餐馆。 ||||酒店的自助早餐和自助晚餐我每天都用过一次。两者都还可以，属于四星级西方酒店的水平（但不是五星级）。||||我在结账时遇到了问题。我问工作人员我愿意用人民币支付。我再次确信情况会如此。后来我的信用卡账单显示我被以欧元收取，汇率非常糟糕。如果那个骗局没有发生的话，我会认为这项服务很好。

If only the interior of the hotel could match the beauty of its lakeside location. From the time of entering, we noted the lobby was tired. The room smelled of smoke (It seems everyone smokes in China!) The shower was in a high-sided tub and towels were thin. Definitely this hotel should not be rated as a 5 star facility. The breakfast buffet was adequate but be sure to take time to walk the grounds. Ducks and swans (even a pair of black swans) graced the waterfront.

如果酒店的内部能够与其美丽的湖畔位置相匹配就好了。从进入的那一刻起，我们就注意到大堂很破旧。房间里有烟味（好像在中国每个人都抽烟！） 淋浴是在一个高边浴缸里，毛巾很薄。这家酒店绝对不应该被评为五星级设施。自助早餐很充足，但一定要花时间在庭院里散步。鸭子和天鹅（甚至还有一对黑天鹅）为海滨增光添彩。

The resort is bit isolated but fortunately there are free shuttle car. (Taxi fee from/to the subway station costs like 30-45)Beautiful view n good room condition. Only thing should improve is hiring English speakers. It was really difficult to communicate when there were 1ENG speaking staff's absence. Overall, good resort for family trip.

度假村有点偏僻，幸好有免费接送车。 （往返地铁站的出租车费用约为 30-45）美丽的景色和良好的房间条件。唯一需要改进的是雇用会说英语的人。当有会说1ENG的工作人员不在时，沟通真的很困难。总体来说，是一家人出游的好度假村。

Hotel room was large, clean, modern and very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the magnificent lake. Free bottles of water. Breakfast was buffet style asian and Western. Plenty to choose from. Dining room overlooks the beautiful ground and lakes. The grounds are just magnificient, every where you look is stunning. You just feel so relaxed here. We were on a tour , so this was just bliss after a busy day.

酒店房间很大、干净、现代而且非常舒适。我们有一个阳台，可以俯瞰壮丽的湖泊。免费瓶装水。早餐是亚洲和西方的自助餐。有很多可供选择。餐厅俯瞰着美丽的地面和湖泊。场地非常宏伟，你所看到的每一处都令人惊叹。你在这里感觉很放松。我们正在旅行，所以忙碌了一天之后这真是一种幸福。

周末带家人入住，酒店周围环境非常好。虽然房间有点旧，也不大，但周末一家人过来度个周末还是蛮合适的。CI时前台还给升级了湖景房，虽然湖并不大。酒店也有很多小孩子的游乐设施，中餐厅没有机会体验，门口有一家蒸菜馆，貌似很多当地人在吃，试了一顿感觉味道不错，价格也不贵。

酒店位置比较偏，但占地面积很大，有自己的湖，环境不错，周边很安静，适合度假。|房间有点老旧，但很安静，卫生也可以让人放心，床不错，能让人得到很好的休息。|早餐还可以，在CP酒店里属于中游水准。|酒店综合服务不错，尤其是前台，工作效率比较高。

酒店位置没有想象的那么偏，到市中心还好。设施老旧，房间一般，一进大堂和前台不太像国际品牌的五星酒店。酒店后面有个天鹅湖很不错，从餐厅就能看到，小朋友玩得很开心，适合带小孩的家庭。总体来说还是不错。
