We slept there for 6 Nights during our stay in Zhangjiajie. ||The hotel itself and the room we had were very luxurious, clean and spacious. Even with the crowds of tour groups in the hotel it wasn’t noisy in the room.||The breakfast was very good. Typical Chinese hotel breakfast, but a big selection of good quality. Because we are individual travelers, we were able to get up a bit later and it wasn’t crowded anymore, because most tour groups start early.||Some of the staff was able to speak some english, but many could not. But this is quite common in Chinese hotels and you can translate with your phone if you have any questions.||My wife had an accident and hurt her ankle during our stay. The hotel staff was very helpful for us, brought us breakfast to the room, gave us a wheelchair and a cooling spray. So we always felt well cared for.||One night we craved some pizza after two weeks of Chinese food, but ordering pizza is a bit complicated for a foreigner without a Chinese mobile number. The staff at hotel ordered the Pizza for us and even brought it to our room.||I would rate it 5 out of 5, because of the very helpful staff.

Conveniently located. They had a tour office at the hotel who helped us arrange a guide which was very helpful. Lots of variety for breakfast.

之前看到有人評論說早餐很好，我表示強烈譴責，我8點多去吃已經是不會補食物，而且全部熱食都沒開保溫全冷掉了，冷到冰的那種，唯一只有炒飯還剩一點暖，幸好還有蒸包子和煮麵是熱的，麵的配肉也是冷的，煎蛋都只能吃煎好的，有些還煎失敗了，全熟的，沒別的煮法選擇。房間被升套房了，非常感謝，房間開始老舊了，感覺需要重新裝修一下，房裡有共享乾衣機，洗衣服還蠻方便的，床也舒服，最大的扣分點是淋浴的花灑頭出水口很少，加壓是不錯但太少水了，感覺洗頭像澆花，晚上洗到一半還會突然斷水沒水，等一下就又有水了，很奇怪！中午到下午洗手台的熱水要開超久才會溫一點，幾乎無法出熱水。房間裡暖氣可以很大，但我怕熱都會開點陽台門。旅遊部的娜娜都能幫忙安排行程，這次我們用了幾次接送服務，司機都很棒，就是貴一點，如果方便用滴滴，叫車很方便很快的。其餘最不好的就是酒店入住率低時，基本上大堂都不開燈，都懷疑自己是不是進錯地方了，有點恐怖

We stayed in Room 649 for three nights from 14.10.18. The room was very spacious and had beautiful Mountain View. But the carpet was a bit worn out. The shower room was big enough but was not probably designed and done. The shower water would leak through the shower room door sill and spread to the bathroom open area. Apart from this, other parts of the room were very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Jane who really took good care of us throughout our stay. Seeing us wet under the rain, she quickly arranged for two hot ginger tea delivered to our room. She also arranged fruits to our room everyday. We have stayed in numerous other five stars hotel all over the world, this is the first time we ever met such a friendly and kind staff like Jane. The hotel lobby was majestic. The breakfast was satisfactory. But the breakfast was closed too early at O9.30. I suggest it should at least open until 10.00. I will give a 10/10 for service and 8.5 overall.

My family of 5 booked 3 rooms and stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Even though the rooms might not be the cleanest among all other similar hotels, I was deeply impressed by their front desk staff. They were willing to change our rooms when I mentioned to Jane (one of the hotel managers) that the room floor was dirty and extremely helpful when we need tour info about the area. When I lost my insurance slip for the park, two of the hotel staff dig in a garbage bin to search the slip for me. I was touched by their friendliness and sincerity. The hotel’s breakfast features local food (e.g. la-rou-bacon type of meat) and some Korean food. I was told that Zhangjiajie has the largest Korean tourists. Overall we find food in the area has three distinctive features: oily, spicy and salty.

Initially I was told this is a 5 star hotel. The furnishings are a little outdated. However after staying at other hotels in the area this has to be the best by a long way. The room is clean with nice bathroom. Toiletries provided. Clean towels and sheets. Wi-Fi works. Breakfast was the best of all the hotels in our 5 night stay. Location is a reasonable distance from the scenic area by car. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and some did try and speak English to us. Overall a good option comparatively.

We were on a Tour , and there are several groups too booked in the hotel too.||The morning buffet is so crowded, not enough seats for all the guest to eat and get ready for their trip to Zhangjiajie mountain. The buffet food selections were great!!. We stayed here for 3 straight days. It was nice. The room was lovely and spacious, no complaints. Walking around the hotel was nice too. Lots of shops around to look see and buy snacks..

We had a very spacious room in this hotel and, in general, enjoyed staying there. It's in a good location both for the park and for restaurants. ||||We were lucky enough to have a guide, which was important because the staff didn't speak good English.||||I had a massage at the spa, which was quite brutal. Without good communication, it became a bit of a tense affair with me constantly trying to adjust the masseuse's pressure. Once we got it right, it was OK but not very relaxing. My suggestion to the hotel is to have some way of communicating with non-Chinese speakers to ensure that they enjoy themselves.||||Warning to those of us used to sleeping on Western beds - in the main, the beds in China are very, very hard.||||A second suggestion for the hotel is to open the gym early in the morning. Opening it at 2pm seems very strange and was completely useless for us.
