凯天国际酒店

新开的一家酒店，看上去楼房比较的新。一进到酒店的大堂就感觉很亮，然后房间修的也很漂亮，里面的功能也很齐全像空调这些设施该有的设施也都有了。然后床铺躺上去也都比较的好，反正是新的东西所以看上去比较的整洁一些。就是住起来感觉酒店的价格收费和住的房间是成正比的。就是当时住的时候，这里的餐厅还没有建好，不过提供免费的早餐还是挺好的。

This hotel is one of the worst that we had stayed in on our trip to Zhangjiajie. It was booked by the travel agency under a group tour package. The lobby looks huge and spacious, giving the impression that it was going to be a good hotel, but the moment we took the elevator and stepped out to the floors where the rooms were, we knew it was going to be bad. The old carpeted floor in the room was dirty and smelly, and it was dimly lit. The light bulb for one of the lamps had blown and not replaced, and the wallpapering was old and coming off. They did not provide toiletries or amenities, saying that this was an environmentally friendly initiative but it was just another way to earn extra RMB. There was no wi-fi in the room, only in the lobby area. Mosquitoes and other insects were flying about in the room as well. The beds were not comfortable. The worst part had to be the breakfast buffet that greeted us the next two mornings that we stayed in the place. The food quality and variety in the restaurant were appallng. Nobody cleaned up the tables after guests had left and the buffet counter was dirty and untidy, with flies flying everywhere. All the food looked so unappetising and tasted awful. Our tour guide would not even eat there. Yet the Korean guests who went there were taking bowls and bowls of hard boiled eggs as though they had never eaten hard boiled eggs before... It was so noisy and stuffy too. We just could not wait to get it over with.

这家酒店是我们张家界之旅住过的最差的酒店之一。 是旅行社订的跟团游。大堂看起来又大又宽敞，给人的印象是这将是一家不错的酒店，但当我们乘电梯走到房间所在的楼层的那一刻，我们就知道这会很糟糕。房间里铺着旧地毯，又脏又臭，灯光昏暗。 其中一盏灯的灯泡坏了而且没有更换，壁纸也很旧并且脱落了。他们不提供洗漱用品或便利设施，称这是一项环保举措，但只是另一种赚取额外人民币的方式。 房间里没有无线网络，只有大堂有无线网络。蚊子和其他昆虫也在房间里飞来飞去。 床不舒服。 最糟糕的部分是我们住在这里的接下来两个早上的自助早餐。 餐厅的食物质量和品种令人震惊。 客人离开后没有人清理桌子，自助柜台又脏又乱，苍蝇到处飞。 所有的食物看起来都很没有胃口，味道也很糟糕。 我们的导游甚至不会在那里吃饭。 而去那里的韩国客人却端着一碗又一碗的煮鸡蛋，就好像他们从来没有吃过煮鸡蛋一样……又吵又闷。 我们迫不及待地想结束这一切。

Stayed here 2 nights during a group tour of Zhangjiajie. The hotel was no doubt a bit old and outdated but I thought that it was still fairly well maintained. By international standards, 3-stars perhaps. The room was of a good size and had adequate amenities, although due to the local government or municipality's "environmental policy", you would need to pay for the soap, toothbrushes, comb, etc. which was provided in a pack. There was no bath-tub. In its place was a shower area which had constant water pressure and hot water supply. The hotel is not far away from the entrance (the one with pagoda) to the national park and there were very reasonable fixed-price shops just across the road from it, where we got snacks, drinks and souvenirs. There was plenty of food at the buffet breakfast although it was nothing to shout about. No complaints overall but would have liked to have stayed in the nearby Pullman hotel.

在张家界旅游团期间在这里住了两晚。这家酒店无疑有点陈旧过时，但我认为它仍然维护得很好。按照国际标准，也许是三星级。房间面积宽敞，设施齐全，但由于当地政府或市政府的“环境政策”，您需要付费购买成包提供的肥皂、牙刷、梳子等。没有浴缸。取而代之的是一个淋浴区，有恒定的水压和热水供应。酒店距离国家公园的入口（有宝塔的入口）不远，马路对面就有价格非常合理的商店，我们在那里买了小吃、饮料和纪念品。自助早餐有很多食物，但没什么值得大惊小怪的。总体来说没有什么可抱怨的，但我希望住在附近的铂尔曼酒店。

房间很宽敞，酒店的规划比较好，大堂里面有专门的休息茶厅、咖啡厅，还摆设了一些盆景，和其他的酒店的感觉不一样，我看见的很少有酒店布置成这个样子。而且酒店里面居住的韩国人多了一些，但是我认为这家酒店的服务方面做的不是很好，当时我们让服务人员帮忙打扫卫生，等了好长时间他们都没有来，感觉服务人员态度也不热情。不过它的周边环境不错，景色比较好。

冬天房间内很暖和，空调设置很好。酒店是四星级的，比较传统。房间的装修都很普通。总体感觉一般。酒店服务还算热情，酒店停车方便，卫生间的洗漱用品不是免费的，价格不是很贵，一块两块的，政府规定，为了环保禁止使用一次性的。周围商场超市都有。

Stayed 3 nights in April 2014. This place is a good value and has an excellent location to park entrance. It is on the second main street, so it seems it is a bit quieter that if you were on main road that leads to park entrance. Many local restaurants just outside the gate. Room was clean and comfortable and a good value at RMB200 per night. Included breakfast, but I didn't eat there. Free WIFI in lobby.

这家酒店是第一次入住，交通十分便利，距离武陵源风景区只有几分钟的距离，而且离中心区域也很近，但是这里的卫生搞的不是很干净，房间有蟑螂。而且还不只一只，我希望这只是我的不幸运而已，早餐也不是很好，一到8点半左右就没有什么吃的了。但是这里的服务还是可以的。

I spent two nights here just a week ago and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I took pics of the black mold on the walls and the strange liquids that bubbled up out of the floor near the toilet. The floors are so dirty that they make your feet black. Walked into the buffet and walked right out.... this is an absolutely terrible hotel with minimal aminities and a bed that was harder than any I have ever slept on. Hot water goes off from 8 to 4 and the cable didnt work either. Let's not forget the two hookers that were hanging out in the front hall.. one named Cynthia by the way. Save yourself the trouble and get a tent and pitch it in the park.
