试营业期间住的，住过两回了，虽然行政上属于吴中区，但实际上离市区、园区很近啊，从园区过来，直接开东环，东吴快速路宝带东路出口下来就可以看到了，全程高架，没有堵车。房间真的炒鸡喜欢的，主要是色调是我爱的小清新风格，床后板上是花鸟图，不是那种俗气的花鸟图，风格上细节处都有巧妙的呼应，房间单色调搭配蒂芙尼蓝色。新酒店么，一切都是崭新的。倒是没什么我担心的味道问题，不知道酒店怎么做到的，关键是价格真的是超便宜啊，估计以后要涨价了。在一个运河风光带里，有个法国小镇，看上去蛮高大上的，现在还没开，开了应该是挺热闹的。现在酒店人少，服务温温柔柔的，这种不紧不慢的节奏让我很放松。喜欢这家的细节，装饰什么的都蛮用心的。总之就是不错啦！

First encountered room with power not working and took a while before hotel manager agreed to change room after struggling to fix the problem to no avail. Issued only 1 room key card, which made it extremely inconvenient to visit gym and pool while my family stayed in the room. Bathroom design is poor with no curtain at the bathtub and shower head located very high up, out of reach of children. The only good aspect is that the hotel is beautifully decorated and looks grand but service cannot match.

第一次遇到房间停电，花了一段时间酒店经理才同意换房间，因为他努力解决问题但无济于事。只发放了一张房间钥匙卡，这使得当我的家人住在房间里时去健身房和游泳池非常不方便。浴室设计很差，浴缸没有窗帘，淋浴喷头位于很高的位置，孩子够不到。唯一好的方面是酒店装修精美，看起来很豪华，但服务却无法比拟。

This is brand new hotel in Suzhou. The rooms were plush, very well-furnished and well-equipped. The one oddity we noticed was the shades for the bathroom were outside the bathroom instead of inside like every other hotel.||||The breakfast buffet was decent with a very spacious seating area, though selection was not as good as other hotels. Overall the hotel was very quiet probably since it is on the newer side.

We stayed here only 1 night as part of a tour. Although the rooms were quite nice, we actually had a kitchenette suite with a separate bed area, the location is not great unless you just want to hang out in your hotel. The breakfast was just okay. The rooms were quite clean and accomodating. Although the room service meal I got was horrible (probably because i asked for a club sandwich).

It is a nice hotel and if you have a river side view quite beautiful. The breakfast buffet was adequate but definitely more geared to Chinese clientele. The support room is nice as it having a nice warm bath. However it is not near anything and have to take taxi wherever you go. The staff were able to help me get settled and could speak English fairly well compared to many other hotels I have been to in China!

这是一家不错的酒店，如果你能看到河边的景色，那就相当漂亮了。自助早餐很充足，但绝对更适合中国顾客。支持室很好，因为它有一个很好的热水浴缸。然而，它离任何地方都不近，无论你去哪里都必须乘坐出租车。与我去过的中国其他酒店相比，工作人员能够帮助我安顿下来，并且英语说得相当好！

Very new hotel which is not completely ready (on going work on Spa & swimming pool).||The room is very luxuriously done up, with a great view of the river. Breakfast has a good spread, but service staff lacks training. Location not so central, but the concierge||can help to call taxi, which is cheap and plenty.

非常新的酒店，还没有完全准备好（正在水疗中心和游泳池工作）。||房间装修得非常豪华，可以看到很棒的河景。 早餐种类丰富，但服务人员缺乏培训。 位置不是很中心，但是礼宾部可以帮忙叫出租车，便宜而且车多。

Nice Hotel but the location is very inconvenience. Buffet Breakfast had enough variety to choose. Was very disappointed as indoor pool was under renovation during my stay. Travelling to other location is mainly by taxi. However, hotel staffs are very polite, helpful and able to communicate in English too. I give 3 stars due to its location had nothing nearby or within any walking distance.

As part of our tour to Suzhou we stayed at the Royal Tulip Hotel and were lucky to have been given Room 1802 which faced the front of the hotel with a great view over the city of Suzhou and the river; and which was actually a two-bedroom suite which included a sitting area and kitchenette. It was the most elaborately laid out room that we've had on this trip or any of the many trips we've taken over the past several years.||||The main bedroom had a large king-size bed with a white duvet and four pillows, two night stands with lamps, a TV, gentleman's valet, padded bench, luggage carrier, and a wardrobe closet.||||The second bedroom was furnished with a full-size bed and a night stand.||The sitting area had a sofa and coffee table and two end tables and was adjacent to the kitchenette area.||||The kitchenette was equipped with a table and two chairs, a refrigerator, sink, and a microwave oven and a coffee urn/kettle and fixings.||.||The single bathroom had a tub and shower combination with no curtain. Surprisingly, it had been installed (or the plumbing and piping were) backwards so that the shower sprayed out and all over the bathroom floor! The bathroom had a good selection of toiletries and amenities, but only one bar of soap. The room did have my standard criteria of required amenities, namely: face clothes, bar soap, and tissue; but did not have any spare rolls of TP.||||Strangely, the bathroom had no towel rods, hooks, or anywhere else to hang a wet towel. The bedrooms had no counter or desktop space to lay out belongings and misc.||||There was a phone and TV in each bedroom; but there were no mirrors anywhere in the rooms except in the bathroom.||||Only a single key card was issued per room which made it awkward and difficult for a couple to navigate the security-card controlled elevators (unless they always traveled everywhere in the hotel together.||||The breakfast buffet was OK or more exactly: so-so with most of the offerings being Asian in nature with few Western items; but the coffee was very good.

作为苏州之旅的一部分，我们入住了皇家金煦酒店，并幸运地得到了 1802 房间，房间面向酒店的前面，可以欣赏到苏州市和河流的美景。这实际上是一间两卧室套房，其中包括一个休息区和小厨房。这是我们这次旅行或过去几年的多次旅行中布置最精心的房间。||||主卧室有一张特大号大床，上面铺着白色羽绒被和四个枕头、两个带灯的床头柜、一台电视、绅士侍从、软垫长凳、行李架和一个衣柜。||||第二间卧室配有一张全尺寸床和一个床头柜。||休息区配有沙发、咖啡桌和两张茶几，毗邻小厨房区域。||||小厨房配有一张桌子和两把椅子、冰箱、水槽、微波炉和咖啡壶/水壶和固定装置。||.||单间浴室配有浴缸和淋浴组合，没有窗帘。令人惊讶的是，它被安装（或水管和管道）向后，因此淋浴喷洒到整个浴室地板上！浴室里有很多洗漱用品和便利设施，但只有一块肥皂。房间确实有我所需设施的标准标准，即：洗面奶、肥皂和纸巾；但没有多余的TP卷。||||奇怪的是，浴室没有毛巾杆、挂钩或其他可以挂湿毛巾的地方。卧室没有柜台或桌面空间来放置物品和杂物。||||每间卧室都有电话和电视；没有足够的空间。但是除了浴室之外，房间里的任何地方都没有镜子。||||每个房间只发放一张钥匙卡，这使得一对夫妇在安全卡控制的电梯中导航变得尴尬和困难（除非他们总是到处旅行一起在酒店。||||自助早餐还可以，或者更准确地说：马马虎虎，大部分食物都是亚洲风味，很少有西方食物；但咖啡非常好。
