Very helpfull staff, thought not speaking much english, goes out of their way to assist you. Very large double rooms. Decent breakfast and efficient laundry room, wash and dry on the go for free. (Detergent provided)Many shops and small restaurants at backside. Easy to get taxi (Didi)

Good location near the Harbin west railway station. The hotel was clean with a nice breakfast. Check in and out was easy. The only negative thing is that people are still allowed to smoke in the hotel. Other than that everything was good :-) We can recommend this hotel for people visiting Harbin.

位置好，靠近哈尔滨西站。酒店很干净，早餐也很美味。入住和退房都很方便。唯一的缺点是人们仍然可以在酒店内吸烟。除此之外，一切都很好:-) 我们可以向来哈尔滨的人们推荐这家酒店。

有客人點評說，酒店距離哈爾濱西站很近，走路可到。我事前打電話給前臺，前台男士也説步行很方便順暢。我們信以爲真，結果拉了行李約走了 1.8 公里，約耗半小時，而且路上路磚坑坑巴巴，過街有時沒有斑馬綫，非常折騰。我看行李箱的輪子都要報廢了。勸告朋友，從西站到酒店還是打車爲好，不要步行。客人點評與前臺的資訊，多有誤導，自己謹慎爲好。進入酒店，看不了電視。酒店告知，因爲央視“網路有故障”，所以看不了。酒店也沒辦法。原來計劃在酒店看杭州亞運比賽節目，現在沒戲了。很失望。

I was here for a week. This trip would not have been so amazing without the greatest service of this hotel!!! Highly recommend it to all of you guys!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Service is good! Location is very near to the mall and the railway station. Friendly staffs and they even contacted me when i left my watch at the hotel.
