Courtyard Anchorage Airport

Super happy with my stay for a few days. Nice and close to the airport and their shuttle saved me cab money and was very professional. Staff are AWESOME!! I mean no matter how tired they are, no matter how many people they have to deal with they are there for you 24/7 to help you! The whole building is super clean inside and very clean outside. Their breakfast buffet is very nice and will fill you up with a excellent very tasty meal. Their chefs and staff are there for you and provide nice meal. Oh and their hamburger is awesome; nice big burger that will fill you up with fries nice and crispy. They do not however have a large selection of meals but there are many ways to have that delivered to you from local restaurants. Security is top notch; you are very safe there. The only thing missing is a smoking area that protects you from the weather. If they were to add that they would be perfect for just about anyone. I have lived in Alaska for over 30 years so I love places like this to stay as I travel.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Courtyard Anchorage by the airport! From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you hope for in a hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even gave us the cutest little welcome snacks when we checked in—such a thoughtful treat! The customer service here is truly top-notch. We also stopped by the hotel bar for a drink, and while the prices were a bit spendy (vacation vibes!), it was worth it for the convenience of enjoying a nightcap without worrying about finding a ride home. Michelle, the bartender, and Alex, the night supervisor, were amazing! Michelle made great drinks, and Alex was so fun to talk to—super funny and personable. Honestly, all the staff here were incredible and made our stay so much more enjoyable. We highly, highly recommend this hotel and will be telling all our friends and family to stay here when they visit us! If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay in Anchorage, this is it! 💜

I stayed at the Courtyard Anchorage Marriott for just one night, and it was exactly what I needed – reliable and convenient! It’s a pretty standard Courtyard, but what really stood out was the friendly staff and the fantastic free shuttle service to and from the airport. The 24/7 shuttle was a huge perk for me, making my quick trip stress-free and incredibly convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful, ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a solid, no-fuss place to stay near the airport with excellent service, Courtyard Anchorage Marriott is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again for a quick trip!

To go order app doesn’t work kept saying I didn’t exist. Heater in room you cannot turn down it stays at 71F so very hot in room. At the bistro in the morning the lady there didn’t change gloves or wear any between making meals a risk for cross contamination I was going to get French toast until I saw that that’s dangerous especially for those with food allergies, but the lady and cook in the evening made up for that! All very kind and helpful! Love the tomato soup and grill cheese and baked Mac and cheese. Other than that hotel room is nice and roomy and so is the bed and location is good. A bit pricey though, but it’s understandable. Customer service is also good here

The hotel was ok and very close to the airport. The "free" breakfast was just bagels and pastries. If you wanted the hot food you had to pay for a plate. They had two elevators but one was broken, both are very small, thought it was the service elevator. The pool would have been great except there were 7 kids running around with no adults to be seen and a long walk around with the broken elevator. It was clean and the staff wasn't unfriendly.

A great place until it wasn’t. My wedding bands went missing from my room. I left them and went to breakfast and then checked out. By the time I realized they were missing, I was in Palmer. I immediately called the front desk to inquire if room Had been cleaned. She checked with housekeeping and housekeeping stated it was clean and no rings were found. I returned to the hotel and was escorted by the housekeeping supervisor to room 109 where I stayed. She told me she searched room and no jewelry was found. I asked about the laundry and spoke with a lady there who denied seeing any jewelry. I am devastated and heartbroken 💔 These were sentimental and costly. Please don’t leave anything in your room. It will be gone!!!

Excellent hotel with a friendly and informative staff. Its a perfect location from the airport with easy access to connecting freeways. Decent breakfast service, convenient parking and comfortable beds. We were pleased with our stay and plan to stay here again in the future.

I can only write this review on service. I called last night at 11pm to get rates and book a room. Kathleen which was very put out to answer the phone from the beginning picked up my call. Every question I asked had her huffing and puffing like she didn’t even want to be there. So attitude is her issue. But my next complaint may just be hotel policy. She would not give me a rate bc I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member. She said it depends on this or that. I filled in the blanks. No matter how I asked, she would not give me a rate. The problem is I tried to do the app first but since my local time where I live had me past midnight. The app isn’t smart enough to give the option to backdate the date I was needing to check in which of course was last night. At the end of all of this I figured I could still just try third party since she wouldn’t help me nor could I do it on Marriott app. So I asked if there was a chance if I could get a 2pm checkout bc of a late flight even tho I know that my tier of Marriott member doesn’t guarantee that. Anyways, she said she couldn’t guarantee that. So I’m the end I didn’t book anyways even if I could find it on third party booking site. I ended up calling 4 points and of course they would give me a rate over the phone and I checked in there.
