Super 8 by Wyndham Juneau

My recent stays were made truly wonderful thanks to the truly exceptional front desk agent, Cody! They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth early check-in and an overall pleasant stay. Beyond the fantastic service, I loved the big & fluffy comfy pillows that made for a great night's sleep. After a long day of hiking & sight-seeing, the wonderfully hot water in the shower was just what I needed to warm up and relax sore muscles – perfect! Thank you for the shuttle from the airport! Thank you, Cody, truly A++ service. My only criticism concerns the housekeeping, which I found to be significantly below expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and comfortable amenities. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing with friendly staff. Safe and clean. The ravens are fun. Close to airport. Grab and go breakfast with juice. Close to McDonald’s and a quick stop store with amazing donuts. Liquor store across street. Dinner at salt downtown, ask for scotty

Kody made it great just by being himself. Great communication, friendly and courteous not to just me but everyone in his presence for my stay. The staff is great and friendly. Plenty of space and drive or walk plenty outdoor stuff to do and summer offers more. From boating,kayaking, canoeing, hiking and getting lost in the woods. No matter what you are surrounded by breath taking mountains.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, there was an apartment size refrigerator/freezer and microwave in the room that was very convenient, the bed and pillows were comfortable, towels where plush. Close to the bus line, airport and other amenities. Check in and out was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff here at this hotel are super nice. I have made some friends while I stayed here. Susan, Velma, Lyra are exceptional women. Thank you all for your courtesy and friendship. They have made me feel so welcome. We will definitely be back. All of the hotel staff even housekeepers are amazing

This was a disaster from the start. The rooms tv didn’t work, heater didn’t work, didn’t clean the rooms our entire stay. When brought to the desk managers attention, she didn’t care. When asked why the rooms were not cleaned, she said they had a problem with their cleaning lady. They did bring in a small heater and got the tv working. For a hotel in the capital of Alaska, I expected a whole lot more. I would avoid this hotel for any future stay. Look elsewhere. This is a business of service and hospitality. That is nonexistent here.

The outside is not much to look at, but it's pretty decent inside. The staff are the real MVPs at this place. They do make you feel welcome and are accommodating. Big shout out to Vilma, Anna, and Cody. I will definitely stay again when I return to Juneau. My only feedback is for them to let guests know how housekeeping works. I did not feel comfortable telling the front desk to have someone take our trash because housekeeping came only once during our 7-day stay ( the 2nd day). Thank you. See you soon.

Positive: The staff are very friendly. The room is big and the bed is firm. Negative: The pillows are too small and the shower too low.
