Hyatt Place Tempe / Phoenix / University

This is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for Arizona State University graduations as it's within walking distance to the football stadium where we attended two ceremonies. Booked the room in February for the mid-May event. Very good complementary hot breakfast is served during convenient times. Rooms are comfortable (had a two-queen and sofa sleeper room). A bit disappointed that parking is $16 a day, but that price allows you to come and go throughout the day (unlike the regular price for the ramp, where you pay each time you park).

Great breakfast! Many healthy and varied options- a real treat. Overall, a very clean and elegant hotel. Rooftop pool and bar (with lounge chairs and heaters for cool nights) were very fun - great views of mountains and city. Gym was well-equipped.

Excellent location for anything at ASU, particularly the arena and football stadium. Clean and comfortable room with reasonable rates. Parking garage was included with the room and is right next door. Staff were very accommodating- would stay again.

Such a great hotel! Hotel was updated and modern. Rooms were clean and furnished well. Staff was friendly and helpful. ||||My only quirks were that the shower barely had any water pressure, and my coffee bar had 2 decaf packets and one regular. ||||Rooftop bas was gorgeous! Great location close to everything.

The room was clean and fairly updated. The hotel is located in a great area with access to many food options and right near many ASU buildings. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Plenty of parking in the lot located right next to the hotel.

Service was decent and the hotel is close to many thing. While there, only one of their elevators worked so the wait to use it was insane and sometimes people were waiting for it to go up and down a few times before there was room for them to use it. Truly inconvenient. We were on the sixth floor and still chose to use the stairs as it proved to be faster. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned as hair was found in the bathtub upon entry along with trash in a corner of the room. This is the second time I try this hotel and it will surely be the last. The breakfast provided was what you would expect for a hotel like this.

Beautiful hotel! Popped into town for an ASU college visit and decided to stay here. This was the right decision! Just a wonderful hotel with amazingly friendly staff. Super clean rooms and bathrooms If this area ends up being our college town, this is where we will stay every time we come to town.

Cleaned room all the staff were very helpful during our stay here. Good about of toiletries, breakfast area were so cleaned and plenty of food. Checked in and checked out without were very smooth. Located with in walking distance to a lot of good restaurants.
