Casa Loma Beach Hotel

I have never written a review before but wanted to go out of my way and compliment this hotel for our anniversary stay this past weekend. From the beginning, everything was top-notch! Ray helped book our online reservation and was so knowledgeable and helpful! Kat called the day before and was very generous to upgrade our room to a beautiful ocean view because it was our anniversary ( I cannot thank you enough)!! ||The welcome cocktails were absolutely delicious! The warm cookies every evening were a highlight and such a nice touch! The hotel looked brand new and had a very zen spa like feel to the whole thing. Slept with our balcony doors open and listen to the ocean all night! So nice!!||Location was amazing! Very walkable to galleries and many many restaurants nearby. The staff went above and beyond and we felt like we were at a five-star resort! The manager left us a nice anniversary gift in our room and we so appreciated it. We will definitely be coming back and recommend it to all of our friends! Thank you!!!

This is the cutest hotel in the perfect location. We will absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed every nook and cranny, from inside the lobby and upstairs in the working nooks, to outside on the rooftop lounge. The location is perfect for walking south downtown and north along the beach path, with lots of restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops within a 10-15 minute walk. Our room was next to PCH, so we heard road noise at night, but it wasn't anything that kept us awake or disturbed us. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a balcony room with ocean view.

Loved it. From the complimentary arrival drink, location, and fresh baked cookies at 6pm, this place was just what I needed to relax. The room has an amaz "honor bar" selection, beautiful ds and durga soaps and lotion, and the music that plays throughout the hotel and room was a pleasant suprise. The location on the California Pacific Trail is so soothing that I could stroll forever. A very dog friendly town, my short stay was quite refreshing.

Great location and wonderful team. Very dog friendly. When our dog has such a great time, we always have a great time. The views are expansive and you can hear the waves from your ocean view room. Good service. The pool has nice daybeds and plenty of seating. The water was nicely heated making a swim very pleasant.

We stayed at Casa Loma for our wedding weekend, and it was an absolute dream! We live only 25 minutes away, but the experience at the hotel and surrounding Laguna Beach made us feel as if we went on a destination vacation. From the hotel staff, the accessories in the hotel room, to the beautiful views, every detail was exceptionally curated to make our stay cozy and memorable. We loved all the vintage details -- little radio in the room, retro phone, mini bar, etc. The shower was also amazing, along with the robes they provided. It honestly was the best hotel stay I've ever had, and I can't wait to stay there again for future anniversaries! 100/10

LOVED our stay! Warm welcome with a lavender basil complimentary cocktail. A gorgeous terrace with THE penultimate view of Laguna beach. The rooms were so well thought out- luxury touches and details that made for a very comfortable stay. The pool was perfect with food and drink service. Dennis at the lobby bar was the epitome of what hotel service is- treating Guests like guests. On site parking. Great robes. Views from every angle and a walk out the hotel gate to the ocean path that makes downtown Laguna walkable. Will be back. Felt like we were on vacation. As it should be!

Beautiful property and excellent staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. We loved the rooms and views. Casa Loma has excellent proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Already planning the next trip! We can't wait to come back to Laguna.

Overall experience was good. Didn’t like the air conditioning facing the bed blowing on you. The room was a little small but the beds were comfortable. Had an ocean view room with balcony. Loved the view. We slept with the screen open every night so we could hear the ocean waves. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable with your stay. The hotel was very clean. The views were amazing. We will definitely be back in the fall. One of our favorite places to stay at in California
