14 West Boutique Hotel

Great for the price! Easy walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk to main beach and restaurants. Their breakfast isn’t much so we went across the street to a really great breakfast spot. They have a big parking lot but to save money we just parked in the neighborhood, which was very easy. Would recommend if you are just looking for a place to sleep and easy access to everything!

For me I personally love this spot. I booked 2 full size bedrooms as part of a friend's trip. The rooms were clean, although the AC was a little loud. Our neighbors were not loud. The hotel owners were very accommodating with our scheduling change, although be aware they will charge you the price set by current date not by the one you booked initially. I do find the parking a little tight but there wasn't that many cars when we went so it was doable. It's walkable to the beach in 10 minutes. I would definitely come here again!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room at 14 West was! We were in the North building in room 1. Clean, stylish, comfortable, quiet and very reasonable rates. The hotel staff, especially John, was so helpful and brought all our luggage up the stairs for us! We are three retired girlfriends (in our 70's) and love coming to Laguna Beach. This was our first time in this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here! Quick walk to the beach, very private. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool when we weren’t at the beach. The front office staff, particularly Allen, made sure we had all we needed, keeping the coffee filled and yummy popcorn warm! The price was extremely affordable, allowing us to spend a little extra in laguna beach shopping! Thank you for making our stay so easy and special!

Had a lovely weekend away here. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is spectacular, and it’s perfectly situated - walking distance to the main drag, shops, restaurants, even a grocery store in case you want to stock the fridge in the room. Will def be back!

Great location. Easy access to the beach. In the middle of all the action. Great restaurant across the street. Don't try to check-in early, there's a $50 fee. Parking is $35 a day. That's ok. Had a small payment problem but the manager made things right by us. Love Laguna Beach.

This is probably one of the best kept secrets of Laguna Beach. Not only is the staff great, but you can’t beat the location, literally a two minute walk away from the beach. Where my kids and I saw one of the best sunsets of our lives! Delicious restaurants right across the street. And If you’re not in the mood to eat out, there is even a small grocery store super close by as well where you can buy groceries at a great price. The pool is heated and the pool area is beautifully decorated. My kids and I had an amazing time here and we will definitely be back.

The most convenient hotel, very close to the beach 🏖️ with a walking distance of 1-2 minutes. The service provided by the staff and the facilities were outstanding, I had stayed there for 3 days in August 2024 and thinking of returning back again by keeping this hotel my first priority to stay in. Laguna Beach has made my dreams come true as a beach fanatic and surfing 🏄. Leaving some of my best shots of the hotel and scenery of the beach.
