After five years of living there I was evicted. A little bitter, but keeping it real. There is a school right next door. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live forget about this place. Kids outside of your window screaming for 8 to, 10 hours a day. Management will do nothing to help get some peace. Two managers for just 22 units. Richard is nothing but a liar and Preston just got me earlier today when I was there trying to reclaim my 🌵 plants stating that they were his. They just definitely are and we're mine. He is so unaware he doesn't even know who lives in the building and doesn't pay attention to what is going on. Homeless people wonder in and out of the building while the occupants sleep. The shared bathroom get cleaned so rarely. They are disgusting. If you have any doubts just ask me for photos. I've got plenty of them. Two people have died there since I have lived there and the managers pillaged their stuff then rented the rooms out without cleaning them. People that really need as place to live will do just about anything. If you do go ahead and move there. Pay attention, save your records on your rent payment and don't let them get over on you
