The Clermont/Coast Hotel

Management are complete scumbags and total snakes. They will steal from u and if u move in here, prepare for bugs, dirt and you better getting a door lock for your room. Have been caught in rooms when tenants are not home.

Over priced for the food. The food was commercial at best the over price combo meal stared with watered down soup than served with a wilted salad. The main plate consisted of one small ravioli a clump of pasta and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Total disappointment.

How do you actually live in any of the Hughes Managed buildings? They NEVER return your call and NEVER answer the door or are even in the property offices!

If your looking for anything here just stop. After living here if your looking for support just stop, and after living here so long you think there be a oven in the kitchen for public use yet in fear of building being burned down no one cake have delight with oven so sad sad sad

This place is the best for living if you are on a budget with a gated entrance and on-site manager as well as front desk clerk. Plus it's near everything !

I have been here before when it was hectic for management and staff. When I came back to live here again, I saw a hectic hotel. It takes a certain cut of management and staff to do the job they do. Bedbugs or cockroaches.

I kept waiting and waiting and waiting for my call as promised and it just never came. I still love that place and would consider it even now. Blanco

Not a very stable building it needs major renovations across the board.
