NillGreat place to stay. The young lady at the front desk was very kind. Room was clean. Hotel has a great location, close to everything we needed. The only small issue we had was quickly and easily resolved. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

NillThis had much more of a motel vibe. When we arrived at our first room the toilet had not been cleaned (see photo). I went to the front desk and showed them the picture and they gave us a new room. The counter tops had a film on them. The bed sheets were clean. The shower only had the 2-in-1 cheap shampoo combo and body wash. No conditioner and I didn’t pack any thinking the hotel would have it. My hair was straw after using the shampoo. The water pressure was so weak barely trickling out. The gym equipment was dirty. How hard would it be to get a new mat?! Of the two treadmills, one was broken. I notified the front desk but nothing happened. The floors were this laminate wood and they were very slippery. Dangerous for working out as shoes can slip. Plus the dumbbells were rounded so they were rolling all over the ground on this floor. The pro was location - walking distance from countless bars/restaurants in little Italy and a short walk down to the water. Would NOT stay here again. I came for a conference at the convention center with 30k people so I know it would have been near impossible to find a new last minute hotel so I made do.

NillService is absolutely AWFUL!!!! I only booked this because it was the last thing that LOOKED decent for the price. But i was fooled. You’re better off paying the same price at a days inn. It’s such a shame because this hotel has SO MUCH potential to be great. But checking in was definitely odd and i felt completely unwelcomed. As if i was bothering the woman at the front desk. I brushed it off then went to my room to settle in to see stains on the blanket… strike #2… Strike #3 was when i went to the bar and the bartender was without a doubt, arrogant and had zero hospitality. He snatched my card out of my hand and then said “one second i have to go deal with these people-“ referring to a happy table of paying customers… I called the manager and he said the best he could do was “kick me out to solve the problem” but the refund won’t process for a couple of days. Please do not stay here if you want to enjoy yourself. I’m wishing i booked a hostel!!!!

NillA great location downtown. Within walking distance of food and bar venues. A great view of the bay on the fourth floor. Need some work of the bathroom. The sink counter is attached to the wall but is drooping. Seems like someone was doing some "extracurricular activities" causing it to droop. I recommend adding footing/framing to level it out to avoid costly repairs. Overall a good value.

NillPretty great location in the heart of Little Italy. We used to stay here every year for our anniversary, but no longer. The prices keep going up and the rooms just keep deteriorating. They really need to invest in upkeep. The final straw for us was an uncomfortable situation. Check out is at 11 am. We paid for late check out at 1 pm. And yet we had staff try to open our door TWICE at 8 and 9 am. Thankfully we were fully dressed but that is unacceptable. What reason do they have to come into our room 2 full hours before check out time? We had the do not disturb sign on our door and everything. We truly used to love it here but over time it just hasn’t been worth the rising costs. It’s motel quality for hotel prices. It’s really sad to see.

NillAll the lighting in the hotel is the brightest white fluorescent light you can buy; like staying in a hospital, also Because of the layout of the rooms you will get zero natural lighting through your window. They offer no self parking, so you have to do valet or risk getting your car towed if you decide to park it on the street. The valet service is 45$ per night. The deposit was 250$ for two nights, almost as much as it costs to rent the cheapest room for two nights, and 5 business days later they still haven’t refunded me the deposit, despite the clerk’s reassurances that it would be refunded “as soon as my bank allows”. For the price this place is totally not worth it, and I’d recommend staying somewhere else if you want to enjoy little Italy on a budget.

NillThe staff here is very rude and disrespectful. I asked the front desk clerk for a late checkout (checkout is at 11am). She said that it would be an extra $50 to stay until 1pm. I said that was fine and to charge it to my room. She assured me that she would inform housekeeping of the changes. So at 11am, housekeeping knocks on my door to clean the room. I explained that I paid for a late checkout and went back to bed. Then at 12pm the hotel manger starts banging on my door telling me that check out was at 11am and that I needed to get out. I told her the situation and went back to bed. Then the same front desk clerk called me and told me that checkout was at 11am. I reminded her about our conversation that morning and she said that I didn’t pay for it. I reminded her about our conversation earlier and that she was going to add it to my bill. I was so exhausted by then that I told her to never mind and that I was leaving. Now let me explain something. I am a pediatric ICU nurse that works at night, so the extra hours of sleep were needed. The day before, while trying to sleep, the people above me were extremely loud before they left and housekeeping was worse. I even had to call the front desk to ask them to be a little quieter. I would call the hotel and complain to the manager, but she was worse than anyone else.

NillI used to enjoy this hotel. However the last few trips have been extremely disappointing. The restaurant is NEVER open during listed business hours. They make you feel like you’re a inconvenience for even entering the restaurant. Like they are shocked someone would want to eat there. The “pool” is never open. They charged me $65 for a stained towel which is laughable. The towels themselves are thin and small and disposable. They also charge a $250 deposit. The location is great but not worth it.
