Courtyard San Diego Airport/Liberty Station

Mikayla at the front desk checked me in and she was so accommodating and helpful. I had a fourth floor room with a stunning view of the waterfront. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed my Starbucks coffee each morning which was a nice way to begin my day. The area the property is located in is very nice and as a solo female traveler, I felt safe. I will definitely stay at this property again next time my business travels take me to San Diego.

Customer service was top notch. The location is great, the waterfront is a relaxing area and there is shopping and dining all within walking distance. And a quick car trip will get you to downtown, Gaslamp Quarter or Little Italy! During our stay we had a small issue with our room and had to switch to another room, the transition was smooth and housekeeping helped in locating an item that was misplaced between the room move.

We received a great reception on checking in. The room was nicely done, clean and accommodating. The food for dinner was quite good. Breakfast was over the top for quality and service. Lastly, the location is simply fantastic if you're flying out of San Diego.

I have not written a review for travel in quite some time, but I felt compelled to say what a pleasant experience it was to stay at the Courtyard San Diego Airport/Liberty Station this week. The hotel staff were exceptional. They made you truly feel welcome and at home. Business trips are seldom a joy but the friendly staff here brought a smile to my face with every conversation. The hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to all of Liberty Station's many restaurants and activities. The hotel and rooms are a bit outdated but not terrible. For some reason they charge for parking. Which I learned when I received a bill. The lady at the front desk asked if I had a car. I said yes and she said let me get you a parking pass, no mention of a fee. At checkout I received a bill for parking $21 per night. There is a huge parking lot a short distance away that is free. If I knew there was a charge I would have been fine walking a little way to say myself the $21 dollars a night.

Great location, but parking costs $21 per day despite plenty of available spaces. The pool is warm and operational, but breakfast isn’t included. On the bright side, the internet is free. The rooms are decent, though the carpet feels old and a bit dirty. It's ok for now but I guess next time I would choose something else.

Jovani was very polite/professional and accommodated our late arrival. We appreciate him for recognizing our ambassador elite status. And made sure we had food options well after midnight on a Sunday. Very clean facility. Definitely recommend.

The water view is amazing, we love how spacious the room is and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is beautiful inside/out with a lot of areas to sit and relax, our favorite spot is the dining area for dinner and breakfast. The staff is amazing and very friendly.
