★★★★All in, a great hotel. Aside from the room size, which really gives Paris hotels a run for fewest square footage, and the all weekend long protests across from the hotel on the square, we enjoyed the experience. Bathroom was almost larger than the room. The lobby bar was nice, as were the employees. |Hotel was wonderfully clean, from lobby to the whole interior and rooms.

NillThe hotel was so beautiful and charming. The area it’s located is perfect, there’s so many restaurants steps away. The staff were so helpful and kind. The front desk young woman was so accommodating and empathetic. I loved our room! It was so spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It’s only 8 minutes away from the Charles Schulz Museum 🩷

★★★★★A modern hotel in an historic building (over 100 years old). The interior is beautiful and comfortable. Walk to restaurants with outstanding food. The wine list in the lounge/lobby is well curated and guests should seriously consider ordering a bottle of wine and the cheese platter. The best location choice if you want to explore downtown or have business with the County. The continental breakfast is what you need - quality coffee/tea and limited but well chosen carbs, yogurt, and fruit. Use valet parking or metered parking (free until 9 a.m.). And, pet friendly.

NillWhat a lovely hotel! The room was amazing, bed was cozy, bathroom and shower were spacious! All the hotel staff were kind and the valet parking made it super easy! One of the mornings there I had to leave at 545am, I let them know the night before, and my car was warmed up and parked out front waiting for me. Great downtown location with lots to do within walking distance!

★★★★★Fantastic surprise in Santa Rosa. We arrived late, unexpectedly on a road trip. Thought we would end up in a Holiday Inn…but for just a few bucks more we found this delightful spot, in a historic building, completely re-done rooms—in the center of town…perfect bathrooms with delightful shower, amazing staff-especially Chris the valet who also helps out on the inside…huge windows offering tons of light—long views…vibrant city center…close to everything…absolutely sparkling clean rooms with fresh paint…great internet, fresh air with windows that open a bit…and fast easy internet. Crispy white sheets, abundant towels…Great stay!!!. Thank you to Chris and everyone at the E!

NillIn search of a place to stay and visit the Charles Schulz Museum, Bodega Bay and Point Reyes we landed on Hotel E. Anything we liked that was closer to the coast/bay stops we wanted to make were booked for our dates. We are glad to have stayed here and it worked for our group of 3. Parking was free for Sunday and the following Monday (holiday). The design of the hotel and pricing was lead in appeal. Stayed in a standard king room and it was the perfect size for 1 and heard no complaints from the couple I traveled with. We took advantage of their happy hour before heading out to dinner. Their breakfast includes muffins, English muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and tea. Cleanliness of the room and lobby were great. I would recommend and stay again.

★★★The location of this hotel is wonderful. You are a very short walk to great food, beer and shops. ||We had a corner room. The hotel was quiet and well decorated. They offer a nightly happy hour as well. ||The staff were quite unfriendly. Everything we asked for was always followed with unpleasant attitude. Our room was never cleaned and when we asked for extra towels we were told they cannot guarantee that. We were given a towel but only having to ask for a second time. We also asked for an extra blanket and were told they do not have any extra blankets. ||Our car took over twenty minutes to be brought up from valet. When we asked if we needed to go somewhere else to meet the car they told us we were being impatient. 20 minutes for valet to bring our car around seemed as if we were being quite patient. ||This hotel could easily be five stars with an update of new staff.

NillI asked the lady at the front desk if they had any snacks, or vending machines and she was extremely rude to me and acted like I was crazy for asking. I stay in many hotels all over the country and the only one I can think of that I can’t get a snack if I’m hungry. She then asked if I was staying here. What? The rooms have no refrigerators, tiny TVs, street is noisy and my shower didn’t work properly and there were bugs. Most of which I can tolerate if people are accommodating and friendly. When I asked if there was anywhere I could get a snack she told me there was a Chevy’s across the street at 10pm. Do not stay here. Many other reviews mentioning the rude lady at the front desk.
