NillI made a reservation for 7am to 8:30am. I actually got to the airport at 5am but this location wasn't open until 7. The other location in the B concourse was open, but fully booked. I waited at the gate until 7:10 and someone finally came and opened it but he didn't say a word and just started setting everything up. Since I only had an hour and a half and I wasn't going to get into the room anywhere near on time, I just canceled the reservation and left. I will absolutely dispute any charges for a "late cancellation." Poor service and I will not try to use Minute Suites ever again. I knew from the review the rooms would be lacking, but figured it was worth it for a private spot. You're better off paying for the massage chairs in the xpress spa.

NillAlthough it is a blessing to be able to rest privately and safely at an airport, I must say the service at Minute Suites Atlanta Concourse B needs improvement. The bathroom was dirty in the morning, the couch/bed is not comfortable enough for a night of sleep (probably they shouldn't take overnight stays). On top of that, Kayla, the person who was at the front desk by the time I checked out, has the nastiest attitude and can't even greet customers correctly. She is rude, unpleasant, and lacks proper training. Conversely, the women who checked me in (Mariama and another person) where extremely polite, cultured, respectful and kind. In conclusion, there is privacy and safety but the price is way too high for what they have to offer. Their concept is great but their service need serious improvement. I highly recommend nearby hotels for overnight layovers instead.

NillConcorde F - clean, comfortable rooms, available at short notice. Friendly staff on site (Raven). We booked at the last minute due to a lengthy stay over as a family of 4 and we’re all pleased we did. 4 stars as the day beds are a little uncomfortable for trying to sleep and it was a little pricey. No showers available at this site, but toilets literally within a minutes walk 👍

NillThis minute suites in Atlanta is only good for a place that is isolated from crowds. It is NOT quite. There is no partition separating rooms from the terminal; as such, you can clearly hear all the gate announcements and attendant walking and opening the other doors. It is NOT a place for sleeping during a long layover. The couch i. The room is a pullout but both the couch and the pullout are very stiff.

NillThis is the worst place to take a nap. The time are also used as offices so you can hear everyone's phone call. You can hear everyone walking by in the airport. You can hear the clerk talking to other guests. No sounding at all! There wasn't even a bed it was a couch and on top of that it wasn't even big enough to lie down on. I'm 5'9 and my feet and head both were hitting the armrests. I got more sleep on the plane. Did not even get a wink of sleep.

NillI used to stay at these but this visit was a nightmare. I booked 2 hours there in advance. The guy who checked me in barely said 2 words to me and acted like I was bothering him. They used to provide blankets and pillows, but not this time. And the tv and remote would not work. And to top it all off, a father and his 10 year old son was in that room next to me and the son screamed and kicked the walls so there was no rest. The kid was screaming at the top of his lungs at his father and pitching a fit kicking the walls. What a waste of money.

NillUpon checking in, the front desk person wasn’t very welcoming at all. Got to my room and none on the controls were working , no fan or noise cancellation like the other minute suites I’ve stayed at. On top of that the door lock is broken and you hear every bit of the airport traffic. I did not get my moneys worth!

NillWe were exhausted and had a long layover. Caved in and paid for one of these rooms. We should have asked to see it first - nasty little room with a hard “bed” for one, cracked, old upholstery, no blanket or pillow. Would not recommend or use again.
