SpringHill Suites Atlanta Buckhead

After a long day of traveling Charisma was more than helpful with checking us in and making sure my mother was comfortable. She was so patient even though she was getting ready to leave for the night. I would highly recommend this place the breakfast was good, service has been great, as well as being close to everything we needed. My son loved the heated pool as well which is always a plus. Also it’s located across from some of my favorite stores so location is also great.

After multiple stays here, it has become a favorite. Great location, and very easy to get back and forth to downtown (all things considered). Almost overwhelming amount of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and very accessible with a vehicle which you can park in their secured garage. The exterior of the building is well-lit with secure entrances, and all of the common areas on the inside are neat and clean. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean, spacious, and well-prepared with great views of the surrounding architecture and scenery, including downtown Atlanta in the distance. Very relaxed and modern breakfast and hangout area with a nice selection to choose from, an indoor pool, workout room, and other amenities. Overall very pleasant place to stay, and highly recommended from a frequent traveler.

I would like to commend your front desk staff for their exceptional service. However, as a BonVoy member, I have never had a more disappointing hotel experience. Initially, I was assigned a room with a strong odor, reminiscent of soiled diapers. After being relocated to a different room, I found that the TV was malfunctioning. Furthermore, the shower had minimal water pressure The maintenance guy came up and changed the water head and was told that’s the only pressure you’re going to get, and the door was in a state of disrepair. The shower area was also unclean, prompting me to consider wearing shower shoes for personal hygiene. To compound the issues, my children were startled by a bug on the wall, potentially disturbing the entire floor at 5 this morning! I will be leaving a review and calling headquarters. This room needs to be comped or something This is horrible. Since I can’t get a response from anyone and nobody is able to do anything I’m posting this!

The rooms are a little bit outdated. I can hear the traffic that's on the adjacent street. Overall the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Eggs and sausage were cold, the apple juice was bitter or watered down. The coffee station was great. I'll stay here again. Very close to restaurants and shopping walking distance.

Very clean rooms and the hotel is in a remarkable neighborhood. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. An employee at the front desk named Charisma was especially very helpful and friendly. I needed milk for my baby and travelling from far, I did not have any milk with me. She right away got me a cup filled with milk from the kitchen. That will be definitely out go to hotel any time we are visiting Buckhead again.

Really lovely, great value hotel, with super buffet breakfast (included in our price). We are into the second day of a five day holiday stay and couldn't be happier. Arriving late and tired late last night from the Space Center at Huntsville Alabama, the young lady at reception was wonderful and likewise the gentleman in the morning was also very nice and courteous. Our very spacious family room is great (2 queens and a double size sofa bed) for our family of 5. There are two closets, a large bathroom/vanity area and sink area above the fridge. Knew in advance I had to pay for parking so was fine with that and the parking garage was fine. WiFi is good. The queen beds are superbly comfortable, but the pull out sofa bed was what you expect, probably better for a child but my adult son said he had an okay sleep on it. Location is awesome, really nice, very safe looking neighbourhood and took just 15 minutes to drive to Georgia Aquarium at 10AM on a weekday.

Positive: The lobby reception is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, complemented by an ideal location. I look forward to returning. Negative: The only aspects I found displeasing were the noticeable odor in the elevators reminiscent of a marijuana dispensary and the excessive pricing of the hotel parking.

Nice hotel. Room was nice, but had a weird layout. It had 2 closets. A better use of space would be to give more space to the sink or to add an additional vanity. Our room had a pull-out sofa, but did not have the sheets for it. There was no answer when we called the front desk.
