★★★★I stayed at the Element hotel from September to November 1, 2024, for a work assignment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a modern feel. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym, the indoor pool, and the Instagram-worthy bar, as well as the fire pit and lounge chairs outside. The food and drinks were also delicious, and the snack options at the front desk were great. This location truly felt like a home away from home.||I did, however, move rooms twice. The rooms facing the street were quite noisy, and since I am a light sleeper, it was a bit challenging. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very accommodating and helped me move to an interior room facing the garage. Though I can’t remember everyone’s name, all of the staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond for their guests.

NillThe highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast—it was the best I’ve had in Atlanta. I usually stay near the airport for convenience when flying and commuting to the office, but this time I chose Buckhead to explore the nearby clubs. Overall, it was a great place to stay, though there were a couple of downsides. The woman responsible for restocking breakfast was quite rude and gave unnecessary looks. Additionally, I still haven’t received my incidentals refund, even though it’s been over 10 days since I checked out.

NillWe booked this room during Christmas due to the positive reviews! This is another positive review. The location is very convenient - there’s a few places to walk to if you’re hungry or want a snack/drink. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Parking is validated when needed to leave. Love that there is continental breakfast! The service was always great, too! 11/10

NillThe hotel room was great. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great. Check-in was problem free, even if the man behind the counter wasn't all that friendly. Check-out was better, with one woman smiling and thanking me for staying there and the other looking like she didn't enjoy working there. Breakfast is muffins and fruit, and one person working a hot station making omelets. Breakfast for Friday morning is listed as ending at 9:30 am, but when I arrived at 9am, the woman working the hot station said "You too late." I could understand that response if I showed up at 9:29, 9:20, maybe even 9:15.....but 30 minutes before breakfast ends?? It's okay though, she helped me with my future decisions regarding Element. I had never stayed at an Element Hotel before, but because of the service here, I never will again. There are much better options out there.

★★★The Element Buckhead is much like a chocolate Easter bunny: Big and enticing on the outside, hollow on the inside. Located centrally in Buckhead, the hotel exudes a modern but Ikea-like vibe. Every looks good but actually using it? That's another matter.||The rooms are flexibly appointed with a kitchenette, desk, pull-out sofa, and bed—wonderful! But the bathrooms, while large enough, are stocked more sparsely than a nunnery. The toilet paper was incredibly scratchy and unperforated. As a result, I inevitably had to rewind the roll each time or overuse it. There was no soap, lotion, or the various toiletries one is accustomed to receiving at >$200 per night.||Although we stayed Tuesday - Saturday, NOT ONCE did someone clean our room, change the towels, etc. Apparently, this is all in the name of "the environment" which we know it's actually just another way to squeeze out a dollar for the bottom line.||Even parking, which was $25 per night was inconvenient. Instead of giving us a dashboard pass, we had to get a validation every time we wanted to leave the hotel. Valet was not an option.||The breakfast was flavorless and unimaginative, and the service people who worked there sported a hostile, unfriendly vibe. Warning: Do not ask for an omelet without expecting to be given the side eye by the cook.||So... if you want a $99 per night hotel for more than $200, the Element Buckhead is the place for you.

NillI stayed here 10 days recovering from surgery, and it was the perfect sanctuary I needed. My room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette and plenty of seating areas, so I wasn't restless spending all day inside, just having to sit on a bed. Utensils, plates, pots & pans, etc. everything was decent quality and appeared fairly new, way better than most hotels with kitchettes. Clean staff doesn't speak English, but with Google Translate, I was able to get everything I needed from them, no problem. The location was perfect for Uber and having things delivered without having to wait too long or pay a lot for travel time. Front desk staff was amazing! Kelli, during the day and Jordan at night, both were so friendly and helpful. They called me when I had deliveries, and when I needed a new toaster or my phone wasn't working, they fixed everything immediately. They are 5 stars! I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone.
