NillWow! I Really liked this hotel. It is just a 5 minute train ride away from the terminal. Very modern and upscale. Delightful staff and comfortable rooms. Coworker said the food selections were proportioned just right and delicious! Can't wait to go back!

NillDO NOT STAY HERE!!! Checked in today on a booking.com reservation. Traveling from the UK and understanding how our bank fees work and how long it takes for “pending” holds to get released on debit cards. We pay the room and taxes on our debit card and put the incidental fees on a credit card as the pending charge on the credit card doesn’t incure extra fees while waiting to be released. Never ever had a problem with this in ANY US hotel before. This hotel is different. Not only did they charge my credit card as requested. But charged the debit card too for the incidental fees. So charged twice. Not content with just the one cock up (which I can accept) they then charged our debit card AGAIN several hours later! So a $75 hold fee has ended up as $225 hold fee. And all the manager said with a shrug of her shoulders was “what do you want me to do about it?” That said, room and actual hotel is lovely. Shame it’s run and managed the way it is. Take your money elsewhere Images are booking.com booking. Credit card showing $75 hold and debit card showing hotel fee including extra hold fee and then the 3rd extra hold fee.

★★★★★Easy to access from car rental return and terminal. We returned our car first then took the tram 1 stop to reach hotel. Very clean, well appointed, spacious enough for our family of 4. Nice beds with comfortable linens. Loved the hard surface floors. Restaurant stays open until midnight! Friendly font desk staff. Will definitely stay again.

★★★★Best thing about the hotel is the location right next to Atl train stop, so navigating to and from that unpleasant airport is as easy as it can get.|The rooms are OK, nothing spectacular, but fine. Dont be fooled by "airport view" type rooms, they dont have any nice view of the runway/airport, so views are all very uneventful. The bath products are an upgrade from the average Marriott kind. Lighting in the room is also better than your average hotel.|Restaraunt was very nice, the barman was pleasant and hotel offers meaningful breakfast benefit for all Platinum+ members.

★★★★★We stayed here to catch an early morning flight. I applied for an upgrade using a room upgrade certificate. Three days before arrival, I was notified of the upgrade. The room was ready when we arrived. The hotel looked very nice and clean. We had access to the club lounge, which served Hors d'oeuvres in the evenings. The lounge was not crowded at all. Plenty of tasty food and non-alcoholic drinks. The hotel doesn't have a pool, but one could use the pool in the next door Marriott if one wanted to. Skytrain is right across the street. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because of our early morning departure, but we were perfectly happy with everything we experienced.

★★★★★Stayed here while my company hosted an event. Beautiful property. Amazing rooms. Great food. Killer martini from the lobby bar. Have to say the best part of the stay and what really made the property stand out was a valet gentleman named Darius. Very friendly, very professional and went out of his way to help me get in and out of the parking garage. Honestly, the front desk staff and the other valet folks were not as professional or nice. That should be something mgmt looks into. If Darius ever wants a job, send him our way.

NillParking here is sooooooo ridiculously bad. Hard to figure out and takes FOREVER!! Never again! The lights in the rooms are irritating. You can’t just have the lamp next to the bed on. If you want the other lights out you click “Master” which either turns all the lights on or all the lights off = STUPID SETUP and requires too much patience to figure out. NEVER AGAIN

NillManager is terrible, couldn’t run a bath let alone a hotel! Appalled at service at hotel, the reservation was for a total cost of 237.33 isd. Upon check in we gave a credit card for incidentals and a debit card to pay for the room. Turns out they charged room and incidentals on debit card, then charged again on credit card, they apologised and we said ok mistakes happen, even though won’t be released for nearly a week. Then a few hours later again on debit card they randomly charge us again for incidental’s. So far the room has cost 225 usd in incidentals and taken money from bank account. The manager has said there is nothing she can do. Am really unhappy as has made a big impact on our spending money for the holiday. We travel to the states frequently and have never had an issue with this way of paying. Awful front desk staff who really don’t give a damn and the attitude of there is nothing I can do.
