Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center

I recently stayed at this hotel for five days on a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The gym was great—well-equipped with just enough machines to allow for a proper workout. The pool area was also enjoyable, not too big or small, providing a nice space to relax. Breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of options and great service. The staff were attentive, quickly cleaning up and checking if you needed anything else. The bar food was good as well, though the drinks were occasionally a bit strong for my taste. Happy Hour was a nice bonus, with two free drinks and snacks behind the bar. The check-in area was welcoming, offering drinks and snacks. While the check-in staff were friendly and efficient, there’s always a little room for improvement in this area. The rooms were outstanding. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, they had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, and housekeeping ensured it was cleaned and dressed daily. The room also featured two large TVs, a cozy seating area, and a desk with a chair—perfect for unwinding or getting work done. Location-wise, it’s easy to get downtown and just as convenient to reach the airport. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’d happily stay here again!

I am disappointed in my stay at Embassy Suites Atlanta Perimeter. I am not sure why we are charged for parking in an open lot with no security. My room was not clean and the bed was not comfortable. There was hair in the shower, the carpet throughout the suite had not been vacuumed and there was yuck on the toilet seat. The king size bed was sunken in the middle. Due to the uncleanliness of the room and the poor bed quality of the mattress, I resulted in sleeping on the sofa. When I pulled out the extra linen there were burn holes in the linen and the blanket had a strong smell of cologne. This is not the experience I spent money to receive. The front desk staff and the bar staff were great. They provided a welcoming presence and customer service.

The good: staff were excellent. Service was great from front desk to cleaning crew. Each time I walked in and out, always greeted with a smile and a welcome. The decent: lots of walkable food and shopping in the immediate vicinity. The okay: this hotel is showing its age. The appointment and trim is up to par. They are even renovating the elevators. Where it comes up short are the walls. One night, I could hear my neighbor's TV through the wall. It wasn't particularly loud, just loud enough. The second night, my neighbor and a companion had a grand and merry conversation that I felt like an invisible participant. And road noise from outside was noticeable. The adjoining property is an office building. And when occupied, you can probably wave at them. If I had to do it again, I might ask for a room on the backside of the property.

Overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Nice, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Shower only. Large living area with sofa, table, chairs, flat screen television. Bedroom contains a desk, chair, flatscreen television, and one wall of windows for viewing the area. The hotel is presently undergoing some renovations, which will undoubtedly update a nice but dated facility. Windows are in desperate need of cleaning.

We had my daughter’s baby shower there and stayed at the hotel. Bianca was great and very responsive for the baby shower party. The food was delicious and the party was amazing. The hotel stay is comfortable and cozy. We are very happy with our entire experience. Breakfast is included with the stay and that was excellent also.

Hotel did not meet our expectations when on arrival of Hotel. However Christina G. at the front desk provided the utmost outstanding service. She helped with the mishap of our stay with such ease and professionalism ♥️ Definitely would give the hotel another stay just for her. Christina G 5 ⭐️

The place was clean and most of the staff were very friendly and all were helpful when needed. They have a nice spread for breakfast. It's pretty much like a buffet. You can choose from several options. They also make omelets at a separate station. There were no weird odors anywhere, either, so that was nice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay again. The only downside was the parking for our rental. It needed 11 ft clearance, so we had to park in the loading area and walk up the side through the trees. There was a path already walked down, so no tall grass, but that was a bit annoying for my allergies and sinuses.

Feels like a little piece of luxury. Front desk service was exceptional and so was the restaurant. Room was spacious & upgraded and came with complimentary drinks and breakfast. But it's worth the price. Dinner and breakfast food was great. I wish the indoor pool & spa was open and hour later, but honestly had no complaints. Will stay again when I can get a good deal.
