NillI'm not sure how this hotel has ever even gotten a two-star review. First off, I'll start with the cleanliness of the room. It was fairly clean if you looked at it from outside in, but as soon as you stepped on the floor it was obvious that it was not clean. My shoes were sticking to the floor so bad that I refuse to take my shoes off to sleep at night. I did not want my feet to touch that nasty floor. If that wasn't bad enough, my heater did not work at all in the room. The outside temperature got down to 38°. And my room dropped all the way down to 40°. I tried calling but got no answer because they try to save money by not hiring an actual employee to work different shifts instead the owner sleeps there and when you need something you bring a bell in hopes that they come well. I was already Frozen and last thing I was going to do was get out from underneath the covers to go ring a bell. It wouldn't have mattered anyway because their toilets were busted. So I finally get a hold of the manager today and I'm needing to get a room for one more night. I'm willing to give them another chance. So I ask him what discount can he give me for not having heat all night. I didn't even mention the dirty floor and he goes to check and tells me he could give me $10 off. $10 off when I nearly froze all night your is it slapped to the face. I should have been refunded my entire amount for the horrible night. I'll do like others and go to the BBB and report them and do what I can to get my money back for this horrible horrible experience. Do not stay at this hotel. These people don't care about nobody and they think that money will always just flow in regardless of how bad their hotel is and how bad the reviews are. Lazy. And incompetent is a compliment!

NillThe staff were very accommodating for us to park a truck and trailer. Besides a little dust and older furniture, the room had a good bed, clean linen and bathroom.

NillWould NOT stay here again. Reserved a room a week in advance. Arrived to check in after 11:00 PM at night. Room was not what I requested. There were no pillowcases on the pillows, pillows were stained. There were no wash cloths, hand towels or bath towels. No shampoo or conditioner. Sheets were not clean. Choice Hotels should revoke their brand from this hotel. No excuse for this and it should not be tolerated by Choice. Unless your car breaks down in front of this hotel, I would never stay there again.

NillCheap stay but it was very dirty and there was hair in the tub and bathroom and the tub faucet was broken and wouldn’t stop running. Somehow had a dead cockroach in the freezer. TV didn’t work, would turn on but just a static screen. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly enough. Very outdated and just not clean. I could only manage to stay for 3-4 hours and decided to leave because it just felt gross.

Nill1 star only because the Housekeeper works hard and doesn't get paid enough. They are as crooked with her as they are with their rooms and pricing. The room assigned was outdated and smelled just like the dirty carpet if not worse. Cockroaches coming from the busted shower (That the owner lady was very much aware of) they was hoarded bugs behind the mini fridge where the motor and wiring are. The light above the sink smoked before it blew the socket for both that and the bathroom one. The ceiling leaked and soaked the bed and it took me 3xs complaining for either the Indian man or his wife to actually do something. $464.00 a week with charges that didn't apply. Then when I left they tried illegally charging a card they had no authorization to do so for $200.00. That room wasn't in my name nor was that card ever signed for consent to be authorized to be charged for anything howeverI made a report with the BBB and my bank for fraudulent charges therefore they blocked any and all transactions associated with Rodeway Inn. Secondly how they treat their employee as well as customers let alone the filth of the rooms. The carpet doesn't get steam cleaned in between customers which is why it not only stinks but is sticky as he'll. You try telling them anything they become combative gaslighting trying to flip the narrative. I have pictures and recordings of the damages and them being made aware that the issues came with the room not made by me or anyone else using the room. My guess they won't be in business long. Unless the gut the place and start from the ground up.

★Worst hotel we’ve stayed in since being in dalton. It’s trashy. Full of shady people. Tons of non English speaking drunk people that stay out on the balconies all night yeeyee and yipping. The only thing even halfway decent about it is the beds. They’re halfway comfortable. The countertop doesn’t meet any state code and is at most 32” high. Showers are old and fixtures falling apart.

NillI have NO IDEA how this motel possibly has 4.2 stars on Maps. The first room I was assigned smelled absolutely foul and I immediately walked out of it. The second room the desk gave me barely smelled any better, but was heavy with humidity, and nothing about it struck me as clean. 2 stars only bc it is very low-cost. I do not recommend this motel. Let me repeat: book with EXTREME caution.

Nilldecent place. a bit outdated, but majority of rooms have been remodeled. comfortable beds for sure. fair pricing. & staff are nice & helpful. had a few maintenance concerns tho the few times I've stayed here.. but staff was accommodating. rooms are spacious. only one washer & one dryer accessible. parking is a tight squeeze however. overall satisfied.
