Quality Inn

When I first checked in, the entire place was DEAD - as in we were the only ones there and it felt off from the beginning. The shower and faucet had no drain filters. My shower faucet was on completely backwards. My sink's hot/cold were flip flopped as well. The shower looked like someone waffle stomped shit in it when I got in. The water had so many minerals in it you could see hundreds of little particles in a very small cup of their water. The walls between each hotel are so paper thin, I could hear people breath & snore. Location was good considering there's like a Wendy's and a gas station right there. They said breakfast started @ 6:30am, and I couldn't even get a coffee the multiple days I stayed @ 6:20-6:30am before I had to leave for work. When I went to checkout early in the morning, it was almost impossible to get a person at the front desk. The entire inside hallways smelled like Indian food, so you know the Indians that run this thing house their entire family (the usual bs with these quality inns) They wouldn't give me a paper receipt for my room which I'm sure the IRS would love to hear that one. Enough with this scamming BULLSHIT. Use the money you make to upkeep your facility and bring in more customers instead of letting it go and reaping the rewards.

Front desk was nice and helpful. Room was not the most updated, and could have used a better sweep, but overall for the price it was a comfortable sleep for the night.

I loved everything about my stay at quality inn. Especially the night manager Kayla she was a delight. 10 out of 10 will definitely be staying here again

This was fine to stay at for the night as we kept traveling the next day. There was a huge language barrier while checking in. The room was decent, however, the tub dripped all night and the hot water took forever to get hot.

I had a great stay over the weekend for the tournament. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

Positive: Location Negative: Toilet barely flushed. Breakfast was poor. Plug for hairdryer did not work; hairdryer was affixed to the wall and could not be moved. Front desk staff did not care.

Right off highway...rooms were clean. Only there for abt 7 hours but it was a good rate. Didn't have breakfast but it was included. Friendly night staff. Back side of building is a wall/access road and highway above. Can hear road noise from this but it was fine.

I've stayed her 3 times because it's next to my work and college. I needed a quiet place to study and this is always a great experience. The staff is wonder, clean room no bugs, bed comfy, and quiet. I feel safe as well. I will continue to return here.
