Wonderful location great management he really tries to accommodate your needs. He is very compassionate not just your stay but you as well. You can tell he cares. Like somethings are out of your control a snow blizzard out of no where but worked with me because of my medical issues. Thank you so much for being a blessing Mr. Minesh thanks for all great customer service and staff. Keep caring about people first and they will always come. And will always like to stay awhile like myself and my hubby. Appreciate you again.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY FIX IT! HORRIBLE! BE WARNED First room, 224, door didn't close correctly, stained sheets, dirty comforter, idk if that blood or what. Asked for a new room. Second room 106, dirty pillow cases, head grease and hair on them Third room 101: room was very clean, bathroom had roaches Now the lady at the front desk kept note and was very nice. Told me the manager would call me about a refund, they have not as of 24 hours later. We left and found another hotel. These pics are real. I didn't collect pics of the pillow cases but the roach should be enough to stay away. A personal gripe they have a second floor walk way balcony with no access. I also asked for extra towels and was told I couldn't get more. 2 grown adults only got 2 towels.. we have to turn in our used towels to get new ones. The price is good but you get what toy get. After trying the area I suggest not stopping at this exit at all!!! Especially if you have pets. Avoid this exit. RUN! DRIVE A BIT FURTHER! To the manager: you never called me, so either she never told you or you were off, if I don't get a call I'll dispute your nasty ass hotel with my corporate card. I have a CHOICE, and its not you!

Impressed with the little details! Linens [towels & sheets] were high quality! Lots of extra plugs 🔌 for USB & power. Good quality shampoo & conditioner. Free continental breakfast with wonderful coffee ☕️ The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Even the artwork in the rooms was unique! For the price, we were pleasantly surprised!

This is the perfect place!! Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Nicely Updated, and GREAT location. In walking distance to restaurants and shopping!!! I'd give 12 stars if I could.

If you need a place to stay and this is on sale, then maybe consider it. But...the hotel has a really strong odor. The room actually smelled ok. I found several hairs on the sheets of the bed and in the bathroom. Also, found dirty towels behind the bed. These issues were corrected but should have been done before the guest arrived. I would not stay here again.

The Hotel room was clean without anything within it getting my negative attention. The bed was highly comfortable. However, in showering the water failed to get acceptably hot. I would rate it at a "high warm". This was true on my previous stays as well. Overall, I was pleased with my visit and the pricing of it.

Got the hotel on a “mystery 3”Price breaker from Priceline. So I feel I guess I got what I paid for. The rooms feel a bit shady. Moved from the first one because it smelled like weed, The second one smells a bit like mildew and the window unit is on its last legs. The service is amazing and the breakfast is not bad at all. **EDIT** Shower did not work right. Rooms are definitely in need of attention.

Rooms are very nice, front desk in afternoon is rude never speaks always on her phone. Great selections at breakfast and pet friendly. Right by interstate with a ton of shopping and restaurant options. Only complain is the young late afternoon front desk attendant.
