★★★★This hotel was nice enough but the complimentary snacks left a lot to be desired. Loved the 2 complimentary drinks though! Also very good complimentary omelets for breakfast but no spinach? Hotel clerks very nice. Had the beef sliders for dinner and they were nice and hot.

★★★★★Positive: The lite evening reception and full breakfast was nice. Bartender very helpful and nice. Negative: Major mixup with courtesy van to airport. We had a very early flight and specifically choose this hotel because we called when booking to make sure they had early van service. We were told YES. They do NOT. Quite upset to have to make other plans.

★★★★★Our puppy loved staying here! She loved the roomy suite, and there was plenty of room to walk around outside. We got there just in time for complimentary drinks/apps, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The suite was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We liked being within driving distance of the Savannah Riverfront, but still far away enough that we enjoyed peace and quiet. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

NillI want to commend the hardworking breakfast and restaurant staff—they do a great job keeping things clean and running smoothly. However, the overall experience at Embassy Suites Savannah Airport was disappointing. The property is in decline: the exterior isn’t well-maintained, the front desk staff lacked warmth, and our room felt dated and poorly kept. There were damaged areas in the bathroom, crumbs near the table, a taped-up fridge shelf, and a questionable spot above the bed needing repair. Breakfast lacked variety—same potatoes and pork sausage daily, and the omelet station was understaffed and overwhelmed. The dining room had wobbly tables stabilized with paper towels, and the once-great fruit salad is now replaced by small fruit cups. On the positive side, housekeeping provided fresh towels, and the beds were comfortable. But overall, the hotel needs serious attention from upper management. This used to be a great location, but it no longer meets Embassy Suites standards.

NillWe stayed here Feb 21st through the 23rd. It is very quiet and a decent location. Website said it has a hot tub; it doesn't. Has a bar that's only open a few hours with very cheap, bottom shelf liquor and beer. I was on the 4th floor with some friends on the 3rd and neither of us had a down elevator button. Breakfast was okay the first day, the second was whatever wasn't eaten the day before. The fruit was clearly not fresh. Second Hilton I've stayed at that had room service trying to open the door at 10 am. I'm glad I had the latch to prevent them from entering because I was in the shower. Key didn't work the second day, The lady at the front desk said it was because I was checking out later that day so it was deactivated. Checkout is at 11, not 12 as advertised. There's a reason Hilton makes it difficult to leave reviews on their website. Overall, not as advertised.

★★★Hotel itself was clean and staff polite and helpful. Rooms very comfortable for a family. Their steak and cheese was surprisingly very good. The pool however was freezing cold and the room was also really cold. My kids love to swim and do swim in cold water/weather, but the pool was totally unusable. There is no hot tub despite it partially being in the photo. Do not go here planning to use pool.

NillChecked into a 2 queen bed room on 3/22 for a one night stay and there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room for two adults and three children. Went down to the front desk to ask for another roll of TP and the front desk person (no name tag) stated that we had to wait until we finished using the roll of TP before asking for another one as they tracked inventory and people take them home and refused to provide another roll. For +$280 a night I would expect at least two rolls of TP in the room when I check in. Also, the same front desk person checked us into the hotel without asking for an ID. Which I found kind of odd. For those looking to enjoy the indoor pool it is not heated and my kids did not last 5 minutes.in the cold pool. Not what I would expect from the Embassy Suite brand. SMH

★Let me start by saying I stay at ALOT of Hilton and Marriott hotels. This hotel is by far the WORST I've EVER stayed at . From check in it was a nightmare. Got my room , got in it laid on the bed and all I hear is the elevator up and down shaking the room. So I went don't to the front desk and told them about it and asked if I could have another room. The front desk person who is not very guest oriented tells me well its been that way 10 years and I should have known better.. WHAT? How was I to know I never stayed here. So she changed us rooms and got in to the next room , no cold water. Again back to front desk and told them there was no cold water, the front desk person again ( the rude one) says yeah no cold water in that room till tomorrow. I said why didn't u tell us that and why did u put us in another room? So then go to do laundry got my clothes in washer worked ok then went to dry. The dryer doesn't get hot and the one that did didn't even dry my clothes as I needed clean clothes for the following day. Then got the family together to go in the pool. Welp COLD water couldn't even go swimming. Told front desk she says well that's how it is. This is the most rudest hotel I've ever had to deal with. I will be reporting this to Hilton. I am a hilton honor member and get treated terrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL
