Top service, all the staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. The breakfast was great (loved the ingredients to make your avocado toast/ bagel). Dog friendly; Rooms are spacious. Would definitely come back .

Nice hotel would stay again. Disappointed both televisions in the room had burned in line down the screen. I would have expected for a higher tier hotel to have replaced them. Only one of the 2 remotes worked but thankfully it was compatible with both TVs. Additionally the shower drained very slowly so the water pools around your ankles by the time you're done. Nice gym. Breakfast varied was okay. Saw dogs but never heard dogs so they do a great job of ensuring they don't disturb non dog residents . Otherwise clean rooms and scenic location.

Great place right off of 95 to rest on your travels. Rooms seem that they may need to be updated. We were welcomed, provided great service and what we needed was in the room ahead of time. We loved that the Waffle House was next door, and it was close to several other restaurants and places to visit.

Our family had an awful experience at this Hyatt Place. Last weekend, during our daughter’s Make-A-Wish trip, we stayed here and, while disappointed that our room didn’t even have a working TV, we let it go because we didn’t want to cause issues on such a meaningful trip. When we returned this Saturday night around 9:30 PM, as planned, we were shocked to learn that despite having a reservation through our Make-A-Wish coordinator, the hotel would not honor it because they claimed they were missing a credit card authorization form. This was never mentioned last weekend when we stayed here — nor were we asked for one then. We were told they wouldn’t help us unless we had another form of payment on the spot, which we didn’t, as we weren’t prepared to personally front $350 for a room that was already pre-arranged and paid for through Make-A-Wish. Instead of offering empathy or any kind of solution, the manager simply refused to assist us. At nearly 10 PM, we had no place to stay and were forced to drive several hours home, exhausted, expecting an arrival around 2 AM. This manager on duty showed zero compassion or understanding for a family on a once-in-a-lifetime Make-A-Wish trip. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially families. Absolutely heartless and unacceptable.

My husband and I visited Savannah and stayed at Hyatt Place. We go on 3 or 4 day trips to different cities and this is the best place we have stayed by far. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a great variety of things and everything was good. The staff here are second to none, every single person we had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful, we will definitely recommend and book here again when we visit again. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay here so wonderful ❤️

Great location right off interstate 95. An excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean rooms and within walking distance to a few nice restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again on a regular basis. I forgot, it's very reasonably priced.

I usually love Hyatt places but this one was low end. I am currently trying to sleep by the ac is rattling so bad I’m about to turn it off. The outlets by the bed don’t hold chargers, the bathroom had hair, lamp is rusted. It’s the kind of hotel room you don’t want to walk around barefoot in. Needs updating.
