Very nice 2 day stay. Hotel was well kept and cleaned. The staff was super nice. Great location. Loved the premium suite for my family of 5. Beds were comfortable and hot showers. ||The bad: pool is not heated and no hot tub|Friday breakfast was great. Saturday breakfast not so much. It seems that they may have been under staffed? They had to stop taking Omelet orders 40 min before breakfast was over. If you were lucky to get your order in, it took 30 min to get it. They were out of coffee by 930. They finally replaced it right before breakfast was done. Tables were hard to find unless you wanted to clear and clean your own table. ||I would stay here again!!

Hotel was fabulous. Elegant Lobby. Nice friendly staff. Front desk staff - Lauren & Tiara were very accommodating to all our needs. Mr. Blue was exceptionally helpful and always with a smile. Our stay was exceptional. If you are trying to book - do so - you will not be disappointed.

My first time in Savannah, and a number of years since my wife was here, and we are definitely going to return for a longer stay! The staff here are friendly and courteous, and very helpful. I only gave the rooms 4 stars as the carpets were a tad bit dirty in the 3rd floor hallway and in our room. Nothing horrible, just not what I expect from a Hilton hotel. VERY quiet room, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, and I really enjoyed the complimentary cocktails at happy hour! I gave the location 4 stars as it's really not walking distance to the riverfront or many of the interesting sights, and parking is difficult. The trolley solved that nicely, though, and we found it's a great way to see the city!

This is a very nice hotel and well located for walking to sites, the Trolley, and restaurants. Service at the desk and the concierge desk were very good and informative. The concierge desk is a greatly appreciated asset. The rooms were|up to date, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have a bar in the lobby.

Spent a week here and was not impressed. Our group hosted a small conference of about 70 people and there were a lot of issues. Number one was the poor communication across the staff. We were told one thing at night and then something else in the morning. The front desk staff was the worst. Why did you choose a career in hospitality if you do not know how to be hospitable? Now the crew at breakfast, those who worked hard to make and clean up were AMAZING. Please tip your wait staff. Those folks work hard and do an AMAZING job. Food at breakfast was really good, however, the three catered lunches were gross. Cold cuts for two days and a Mexican taco bar that had no flavor and kept running out. Over cooked, under cooked, and all kinds of other issues. This hotel is Tired! It could really use a deep clean and not just the surface clean it gets everyday. In my room I found dust everywhere. The location was very close to the bus stop so it did attract a few homeless. Also it is not near any good restaurants or other Savannah experiences. We had to walk or Ride Share 0.5 miles to get to the popular areas. I don't normally write reviews like this but I hope they can make improvements from these observations.

Great hotel with ideal location but they lock you in the garage. Room key never worked to exit and have to wait and give all your information to leave the garage. Not good if you want to leave on a schedule. I complained on first day and received new keys. Nope. Did not work again and key did nothing except for sit in car. No service to help with this.

Outstanding! Very convenient location! Everything was within walking distance. Great staff both in the reception area and in the restaurant/breakfast. Enjoyed the made to order options in the morning. Rooms are always spacious and top notch. We will be back without a doubt!

Quaint and comfortable accommodations. The free breakfast was very generous with many options. Omelets were made to order as were the pancakes. Would recommend as a great place for a short stay.
