Very clean and amazing service, they try to change our room with two queen bed but the hotel was full but is ok we had one king bed and the sofa bed was good for my daughter. Very big room|And very clean! The breakfast was very good. The location was the best close to everything.

I travel a lot. This hotel was the best all the way around. It's easy to get to from the airport. It didn't smell musty or your typical hotel smell. The room was spotless. The front desk had my key ready for me before I had even arrived. The staff was the friendliest. The morning we checked out and walked past the cleaning crew you smelled bleach and cleaner. So you knew they were actually cleaning. I even forgot my fitbit and had to turn around and drive back. I called immediately and they found it and I GOT IT BACK. I highly recommend this hotel in this area. I will choose it again when I come back. Don't think twice about booking this hotel. This isn't a paid review and if I could give them 100 stars I would. 😁

Very squishy bed made it hard to sleep. Every time my husband turned the entire mattress moved. We are not very big people, 140 and 200 lbs. Every hook in the bathroom was broken so there was no where to hang clothes. The carpet was dirty in the room. The floor was filthy in the elevator. The elevator inspection expired in October 2024 (2 months ago). Would not stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Outstanding front desk staff...they made sure we had the room type we wanted, allowed us to check in early, and they gave very good information about the hotel and area. Location is right off interstate and near outlets and restaurants.

Hotel is updated, clean, and rooms are huge! The service is excellent-I arrived during a storm this week and they accommodated me and my dogs quickly and early so that we could get settled and be comfortable. I believe her name is Katrine (forgive me if I’m incorrect) at the front desk and she is absolutely wonderful! Definitely recommend staying here you will be taken care of and treated with kindness.

This Hotel is a scam if your a pet owner and use your points for your stay. No mention of a $100 pet cleaning fee when using points when booking. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Select Pet Friendly and this facility shows up. What a scam!

Made a reservation for tonight nov 23 2024. Arrive at the hotel at 1am for checking in for 50 mins and still no employee. Had to call the hotel next door the poor employee looked for the worker for 30 minutes. What a mess. Avoid this place.

I stayed here twice in two weeks during a round trip journey along 95. The first time the gym was not clean. The elliptical had a lot of dirt on the foot pedals that appeared to be built up over time and I found a candy wrapper in the cup holder. I switched to the other elliptical and found someone’s inhaler in the cup holder. The personal items left can be explained perhaps, but the dirt build up cannot. On the upside, our room was pretty clean. During our second stay 2 weeks later, our room was not clean at all. Perhaps the worst I’ve seen. Personal hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, dust inside the kitchen cabinet, a layer of dust on top of the cooktop and a large dead bug on the carpet. This room was clearly neglected. I didn’t go back to the gym this time, partially because I was tired and partially because I was afraid what I might find. The positives, the front desk staff couldn’t be nicer. Both times very friendly and professional. And the breakfast area was very clean both times and well maintained. Hotels can be inconsistent I understand, but I won’t be back.
