Quality Inn Savannah I-95

Don't go there! Rooms were horrible! Parts of the ceiling were falling down. Some of the wall molding was pulling loose. Hair dryer did not work. Lamp in the corner had been taped with electrical tape. Room was dirty. Ratings are highly exaggerated.

When I arrived, the clerk was yelling at someone on the phone in a foreign language. Never greeted me, just demanded my ID and credit card. The room was dirty and smelled. Stains on sheets. Large scale deposits on the shower head. Shampoo and conditioner wasn’t new or full. Water wreaked and tasted of sulfur. I had to lift the door to get it to lock. Horrible experience. Don’t stay here.

First off it took 5 minutes driving around to even find the place, then when I go to check in they tell me I wasn't in their system. After 10 minutes of the guy at the desk being in the back with my ID after seeing my confirmation number, it turns out they canceled my reservation without notifying me. When I finally get into the room it feels dirty, and smells like smoke. Despite being a smoke free room. Do not stay here, there are several netter hotel options on every side of this building.

Positive: "" Negative: I made the reservation for March 1 not for Feb 28. They did not recognize my confirmation # given by you. I still was able to obtain the room on March 1. I am concerned I will be charged for the previous night 2/28.

Positive: It was pet friendly Negative: It was EXTREMELY noisy. Guests were running up and down stairs, yelling, children were running around unsupervised at 11 pm. This was in addition to the noisy refrigerator, a noisy HVAC, and parking lot and highway noise.

Booked online. Claimed to be pet friendly. When we arrived the Goblin at the front desk angrily said no cats. We were never refunded for our purchase even though we never checked in and the parking lot smelled like urine.

Guy behind the counter was very nice. Location was off I-95 and next to a Cracker Barrel. I was able to get a bottom floor and park right outside my door, since I was moving and all my possessions were in my truck this added to my peace of mind. They offer free breakfast too which is nice, TBH expected from these type of motels. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. Room also has a mini-fridge and microwave which was nice.

Do NOT stay here. NOT WORTH IT! It felt dirty and musty. There were stains and rips on our comforter. The second lock at the top was not on our door, so we felt unsafe. Breakfast was poor.
