NillI was pleasantly surprised in comparison to the last visit. We were there for a motorcycle event that was rather latge. They did not give me the room I asked for. King verses 2 queens. My room also was noise because of the plumbing in the bathroom. I could hear when people were using the toilet and shower. I was able to check in in a reasonable time but the male attendant has some personality difficulties that need a little work. I love that the location was just off the highway. Easy in. Easy out. Being with my club members gave a home allure to the whole weekend. I would stay there again.

NillBooked a King Jacuzzi Suite for an anniversary trip. Would not return (5 other hotel choices within 5 minutes on same road). Pros: The Jacuzzi worked. The room including the Jacuzzi tub was clean. The chandelier in the entryway was pretty. Cons: Booked online. When I called to confirm the reservation, the person on the phone gave unprofessional one word responses and hung up on me. The staff member, Jamain, who checked us in had a very quiet mumbling voice that made it hard for us (and others) to hear and understand him. He was not friendly or welcoming but he was not mean/rude. The bed frame box in our room was broken so the bed was angled and had an uncomfortable spring mattress. The sweet girl who checked us out said we should have mentioned it sooner and asked to be moved, but it said when we booked that we got the last Jacuzzi Suite (and I did not want a downgrade). The breakfast was barely lukewarm halfway through the time slot as if all food was set out at the start and never checked or refilled (3 hours is too long to leave lukewarm food sit out according to Servesafe). Despite a prominently placed sign saying housekeeping would only come after the 3rd day, housekeeping came each morning (morning 2 they woke us up when they banged on the door and yelled). Shower bar was too high so shower curtain stopped higher than the tub making the floor soaked when you showered. All the repair work we could see looked like a cheap patch job.

NillI checked into this hotel today with my family, it took 15-20 minutes to check in and we already booked rooms a day before. The front desk guy was unbelievably slow. When we finally went into the elevator it was okay until we went into the hallway where our room is, smelt like smoke. Thought it was something weird, then went into our 3 rooms and all 3 smelled like smoke. Your website says "100% smoke free hotel" that's obviously a complete lie because i smelt it the moment i stepped out of the elevator and into my room. And not to mention the WiFi here is so horrible I can't even connect to the WiFi without it saying "Connected'' then a second later it says "Connected, no Internet" ??? I have work to do and I can't do it if the WiFi wont work, fix this soon. That has been happening for an hour now and I looked at the note in front of the TV and apparently you guys can't fix it or we can't even call you to tell you and instead we call the company who services this hotel?? That's weird. That should be your job to do that, I am just staying here.

NillThe location is convenient and the rooms are tidy and a comfortable size. Now that that's said.... The staff is not only unfriendly but outright rude. Check in was awkward right from the beginning and it was obvious the staff member did not want to be there. Our attempts as a family of four to be pleasant and friendly had no affect whatever on our dead fish receptionist. After check in we went to the room and dressed down for a quick swim in the "Indoor pool". We were surprised to find out that not only was the pool closed for the season ( by the scribbled note on a piece of scratch paper ) but it was also actually an outside pool. being covered by an awning does not an indoor pool make. Needless to say this will be our first and last visit to this location. If the place does not want your business and can't be bothered to be honest about their accommodations why bother to support them. Two thumbs firmly down.

★★★★★Positive: Price was reasonable. Nice size room. Good location. Negative: Shower head and tub looked old and dirty. There were some stains on floor and furniture. There was writing on some walls. Floor wasn?t totally swept.

NillUpon arrival, clerk had trouble with my info and had to input put it manually, and as others have said, he was not friendly, never smiled! He Did not ask me, a diamond member, if I wanted points or water or other snack, just put 250 points on. Room had carpet stains and AC vents were disgustingly dirty! See pics. Tub had stains under faucet. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator was quiet, but desk was across from first bed so chair was always in the way! Breakfast left much to be desired! Always bad eggs and sausage, and only bread choice was sliced bread. No oatmeal at all, and coffee & hot water were all the way across ridiculously large lobby. Chairs in breakfast area had torn up seats! See photo.

NillDuring our stay at Comfort Suits we were disappointed with the lack of consideration for families. As a family needing two rooms, we expected the hotel to accommodate us by placing the rooms close together. Instead, they assigned us rooms that were extremely far apart, making it incredibly inconvenient for us to stay connected and look after our kids. What made matters worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I purchased two bottles of water, the male front staff member has no smile, unwelcoming demeanor, and hostile eye contact only added to our frustration. This poor service and disregard for guest comfort have ensured we won’t be staying at this hotel again. I would strongly advise families to look elsewhere for a more accommodating and pleasant experience.

★★We checked in on Thanksgiving evening. The guy working the front desk was not nice at all. I attributed it to having to work on Thanksgiving but he was there the next day and it was the same. kind of ignored us when we arrived. I had to argue with him to get an extra sheet (our sofa bed didn't have a top sheet). He said no several times and then finally he went and got me a sheet and stuck it in my face and didn't say a word. What kind of service is that?||Next day we asked him for shower gel, he said they don't have shower gel. But we had it in our room and saw it on the maid cart. ||This guy should not be working in the service industry. I see in other reviews that we weren't the only ones to experience this. The fact that the hotel does nothing about it shows how little they care about customers.||The room itself was fine and we didn't have bugs. However the pool was outdoors despite the hotel saying it's an indoor pool, and it was closed for winter. ||The breakfast was OK but they don't replace things 45 minutes before breakfast is over, even though people asked. Reading other reviews I guess we were lucky to get what we got. ||Overall I just don't recommend it. Pay more for the Holiday Inn Express next door.
