NillAbsolutely DO NOT BOOK!!!! 0 stars. I have never seen a motel/hotel that does not have at least one person working the front desk. My family and I drove 10 hours from Kentucky and reached this place at 4:30 AM. We go to the door just to see a sign that says they open at 7 AM. It is 7:25 AM, the door is not OPEN. How in the WORLD are you going to run a motel service and not have someone responsible there to check people in or just be a resource to the customers living at this hotel. We booked this place for last night which means you are able to check in AT ANY TIME. This was ridiculous. Please do not waste your time, sleep, or money on this place.

NillThe room was fine, not bad actually. Just like you'd expect a motel by the highway, there is a lot of noise, and a lot of In-N-Out traffic. There was no Continental breakfast when we visited, not sure if this happens often or not. I did not stay long enough to find out. But they did have plenty of coffee and tea. It was pretty close to Savannah and a pretty smooth drive there, probably took about 7 minutes or so. The room was either really cold or very hot, there was no in between. The safe was not working when we got there, there was no batteries in it to function. Also I found a can of soup under the bed. All in all, it was not a bad place to stay. I would recommend it if you're visiting Savannah.

NillWe booked the hotel based on the appearance shown in the published photos, and when we arrived, the hotel looked bad. The rooms were poorly cleaned, smelled musty, and the mattresses were in bad condition. The receptionist told us that even though breakfast was included, we probably wouldn’t have it the next day because the breakfast order hadn’t arrived—as if that were an excuse. We requested a refund 15 minutes after checking into our room and seeing the conditions, because as soon as we stepped into the hotel, it was nothing like what the photos had shown. Of course, they did not issue a refund; they only returned the $100 deposit that they had taken upon our arrival. I understand that the hotel is budget-friendly, but it could be in better condition. By the way, it is not located near downtown Savannah.

NillShowed up for checkin at 10:37 pm and they were closed in the lobby with no way of contacting the management. The sign on the door said that management would be back at 7am so my wife, our dog, and I had to sleep in the car over night waiting for them and they didn’t show up till 8:32 am. I booked through Priceline and was able to get full relocation to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

NillMy husband and I were evacuees from Hurricane Milton and booked a room at this hotel, expecting a safe, clean place to stay. Unfortunately, that’s not what we found. Upon arrival, there was constant barking from nearby dogs. Inside the room, we found three dead cockroaches on the floor, stained bed sheets, and a strong dead animal smell right outside the door. The bathroom had another dead cockroach and a spider on the towels, which were supposedly clean. The shower never got hot. While walking around the property, my husband saw a couple in a stairwell smoking something out of a glass pipe and using foil, despite the hotel’s no-smoking policy. Additionally, the hotel called us while we were 1.5 hours away, threatening to cancel our reservation because the person who booked it didn’t ask for a card to be put on file. This added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I also have photos of the dirt and bugs in the room to back this up. We expected better, especially as evacuees seeking shelter. I would not recommend staying here.

★★★★★Positive: Rooms were clean spacious very much updated very neat very clean very nice place Negative: Didn't like not having any customer service after midnight or so if you got locked out of your room and my card barely worked you'd be stuck sleeping in your car because nobody was there to help you

NillThe room was absolutely disgusting. Me and my wife had to leave that night and find somewhere else to go. Hair in the bed and floor, base boards looked like they had never been wiped, and the shower had a lovely big greasy handprint. Unacceptable in my opinion.

NillIf you want to sleep on nasty dirty bed linens and with German cockroaches, then this is for you! Hotel definitely does NOT look like pictures (must have been from when it was built). Absolutely disgusting, left within hours of check in and front desk clerk refused refund. Will be calling my cc company!!!
