NillThe best part was the bed. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures, the bathroom light buzzed and would blink in and out. The coffee pot was busted. That's just the room. I told the front desk about the hot water because there was none. Said I would be back to my room in 20 min. My wife said some weird looking guy with nothing saying he worked for the hotel wanted in the room. MY WIFE IS NOT DUMB. We expected more from such a Well-known Family Name.

★I had made a reservation for this hotel since I was going to be visiting Savannah. Most Wyndham properties let you check in online but not this one. I tried to call a few times to let them know I’d be arriving late in the night since I was driving from south Florida, but nobody answered the phone. They charged my card before I got there. It took the guy forever to find the reservation. He was clearly high and even looked disheveled. He was getting frustrated and just started cussing and acting irate, like a typical crack head. Needless to say, we didn’t stay. Which I’m kinda glad, the lobby was dumpy which is never a good indication of the rest of the property. Ramada used to be considered a nice brand, but for sure this was the most unkept looking hotel in the area. I’d recommend any of the other hotels in the same area. Naturally nobody wants to sleep in a roachy room, but most definitely you don’t want to have to deal with an incoherent and hostile front desk employee to get to said room.

NillThe rooms look old they smell a little moldy, the decor is not great and barely any furniture. One of the beds was super old and made crazy springy noise and the other bed was much more comfy and quiet. The bathroom was ok size, but the toilet kept filling with water like if you constantly flush it. The shower was absolutely horrible. It had no water pressure and the water only came out of 3 little holes. The experience was not great and

NillWasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel, but neither motel 6. No hot water. The toilette kept making that amazing and relaxing “open sink” noise. And on top of everything, the next morning I went to make myself that horrible complementary coffee, but that little machine was broken too. Definitely not going to visit another Ramada

★This is literally the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. My kids and I went to Disney in November of 2021, it was our first time traveling in an electric car. I found this hotel on the PlugShare app listed as having Tesla chargers. I called to make sure that they had the chargers and that they were working, and to see if they weren't blocked by gas cars and that I would have one available to charge on. A lot of hotels you get there and the chargers are blocked or not working so you always have to call to be sure. I was promised a charger so we drove from Orlando to here. This place seemed nice based on the reviews from TripAdvisor...boy were they wrong.||I had contracted the flu at Disney and here I was with three kids on my own trying to get them back home without any help. I was completely exhausted when we arrived around 11pm. All I wanted to do was take cold medicine, get a shower, and go to bed and get some much needed rest.||The problems started as soon as we arrived. We were told our room lock didn't work. The door would lock but it wouldn't unlock except with a physical metal key. I was tired so I agreed to take the room, I seriously didn't have the energy to just find another hotel nearby with a charger, a decision I'd soon regret. The manager opened the room for us and I had one of my kids stay in the room to open it while the other two and I got our belongings. It seemed like a shady area so I wanted to bring everything inside.||As soon as we were unloaded and started looking around we were all disgusted by what we saw. Poop stains in the toilet. Holes in the wall. Mold all over the bathroom. The room smelled and there was a 1" gap at the door, no weather strip so you can hear every noise outside. The icing on the cake was the brown stain on my sheets. At this point I was dying, I couldn't leave if I tried so we had to stay. I told the kids to sleep in their clothes on top of the bedding there. We luckily had a couple blankets from the car that we could put down.||There wasn't much rest despite the nighttime cold medicine I took, I still had a hard time sleeping given the condition of the room and all the noise outside. The outside of the hotel should have been an indication of what we were in for. About midway through the hotel there were trash bags full and lined up by the wall. Trash cans over flowing. All of the sidewalks were stained black with grease and dirt. I can't believe I had to put my poor children through such an experience but I felt like I had no other choice. Please do yourself a favor and don't even consider stopping here.

NillIf I could give a zero rating I would. First I booked two queen bed room and I got a king bed room the door to the room would not securely close the shower was stained towels smelled the bed linens where discussing the only positive thing I can say is that there was ample parking this hotel should be condemned.with all the better choices for hotels here I would avoid this hotel.

NillMy husband and I needed a place for one night and when we arrived we were given a room on the ground floor. This room had huge holes in the walls, the water was running on the toilet, stains on the sheets and floors. We asked for a different room, it was not much better than the first room. This room the toilet didn’t flush, mold on the curtains, holes and stains on the walls. The floor was so disgusting that we had to keep our shoes on because our socks were all black from the carpet. I do not recommend this place!
