SpringHill Suites Idaho Falls

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SpringHill Suites in Idaho Falls, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The suite itself was truly exceptional. I was expecting a high level of quality, and I wasn't disappointed. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern style and comfort. The amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large walk-in shower and plenty of towels. One of the standout features of the suite was the stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the private balcony was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. In addition to the excellent accommodations, the hotel itself offered a range of amenities, including a fitness center, indoor pool, and free breakfast buffet. The breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options, including hot and cold dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. Overall, my stay at the SpringHill Suites in Idaho Falls was truly exceptional. The combination of comfortable and stylish accommodations, excellent amenities that felt like luxury, and friendly, welcoming staff made for a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Idaho Falls.

We recently stayed here for a wrestling trip with the high school team. We had 27 rooms total for the wrestlers and coaches. Jade did an amazing job and taking care of all the little details. The staff on shift that day and night took great care of us as well. The rooms were great and the team was very impressed by how nice the hotel was. They took care of every detail needed and allowed us do what we needed to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast was also a hit. Will stay here again for team travels and our own.

We stayed here for one night in December and thought the experience was perfectly adequate. The room layout was nice, and the shower had good pressure and warm water. I thought that the bed was too firm, but perhaps that is just my preference. The elevator was slow and the towels seemed fairly old/ not very fluffy. The most annoying part of our stay were the multiple train whistles that we heard throughout the early morning. We did find the breakfast filling and the staff was friendly. Overall the hotel was about as expected but not overly impressive.

The entire hotel is spotless! Great breakfast and fantastic staff! The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is due to the beds being fairly uncomfortable, definitely not the soft, squishy beds you would expect. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Scheduled my stay 2 weeks ago and I had a hiccup on my plan arriving in town. Called Theresa the day before and had to rearrange my stay to the same night and cut my stay short by a day. She was understanding and accommodated my request without hesitation. Additionally, arrived to an extremely clean room and inviting staff at the counter. This is my go to when coming to Idaho Falls!

I stayed on 1/2/25 and really enjoyed my stay here. I was on the 2nd floor and had a river view. The room is very nice with a West Elm pull out couch, work space, decent sized bathroom and a closet. There are plenty of electrical outlets for charging laptops, iPads, phones, etc. One thing I like about Marriott hotels is that you can connect to Netflix on the TV. Every staff member I met or encountered was incredibly helpful, polite, welcoming, and want above and beyond expectations , when I checked in, I had gone up to my room and then came back down to go get dinner, and the lady at the front desk asked while I was leaving to make sure that I liked my room which I felt went above and beyond I even met one of the hotel engineers in passing who is very friendly Breakfast is great. They have many options from breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bagels, and bread, waffles, etc., and a coffee bar that even offers oat milk. There’s plenty of parking in the parking lot is well lit at night. There’s restaurants nearby and it’s close to I 15. I’m a little biased as I only stay in Marriott Brand hotels but this is definitely a good one

I felt confident with this hotel based on the reviews however, I quickly realized that was a mistake. Upon walking into the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke in an old bowling alley. It was very dark as well. The rooms are okay. Whenever we utilize the couch bed I always expect to throw sheets on but I even had to put the mattress in a mattress bag and there wasn’t a pillow for it. It was kind of unsettling having my daughter sleep right next to a stained couch. Also, it was a very bold move to leave a tipping QR code on a dirty table.

The hotel is very well located in relation to downtown Idaho Falls. It's an okay nice hotel with some good beds and big rooms. Their pool is small with cozy. The minus of the hotel is their carpets on the floors. In our room there was a sticky sticky spot. The breakfast is disappointing, on cardboard plates and plastic cutlery. The food is not very exciting either, very basic.
