Comfort Inn

Had a mistake made with the dates booked and the hotel was really helpful getting that sorted out without any issues. Room was spacious and clean. Location is right off the freeway in a quiet area. Only thing that was annoying is the pet fee going from $15 as noted in the booking email and mentioned on phone to $25 per pet when checking in. Showed the front desk person the email stating $15 but they didn’t care. Other than that, everything was good. Free breakfast was decent, waffles were really good.

Great breakfast. Hot eggs and sausage patties. Waffles, muffins, fresh bread for toasting. Very comfortable room. Clean. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Just off the highway. Very friendly staff. We keep coming back here over the years.

This hotel is great! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super nice and got me extra towels when I asked! They even have breakfast included which is amazing! The pool looks big & fun, I wish I had brought a swimsuit to try it out! The front desk even gave me a little treat bag with candy & sprite! I also love that it is pet friendly so I can travel & sleep next to my dogs! They also loved it! There was a couch and bed for them to go on! This place is great! Definitely worth the price!

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful! The bed was amazing! We all slept so good! |The breakfast was also so yummy and had lots of options that my family left satisfied! Had fun in the pool! Thank you!! We will for sure be back as we travel to Idaho often.

My family came down to compete in a dart tournament, but we didn't want to be right in the conference hall all weekend. We chose to stay at comfort inn.. and it has been absolutely above what I was hoping for!!!... it's a great location for all our needs, everyone was so kind, and beautiful scenery. Dani at the front desk is an absolute rockstar! She loves her job, and loves the opportunity to meet all these people going in and out... Dani made the experience above and beyond! Will definitely be coming back!!!!

Excellent stay, cozy and spacious room. Very peaceful and kind staff. Felt very welcome! Extended our stay for two instead of one. In the evening, around 6pm, they serve coffee, tea , soup and cookies as additional bonus. Definitely recommend.

The staff was super friendly and little touches like free soup and cookies in the evening made this hotel feel so comfortable. Room service crafted animals with the towels and there was 24/7 great coffee in the lobby! Clearly management/ownership is doing something right here! Even though this place is not fancy or new, this is now my go to hotel in Idaho Falls.

We booked this hotel online. The room was dirty; wrappers on the floor, pillows stained, hair on the towels and all over the bath tub. The hot tub also did not work and there were bugs in the pool area. Instead of staying 2 nights we requested to check out the following morning. They refused to refund us the full amount for the night we were not staying. They also charged our card 3 times. We now having pending charges for over 300$. I will update this review if any of the charges are reversed.
